My normal health care is provided by the Center for Family Health. When I had back pain they suggested I see Dr. Rivadeneyra at Premier Health. He sent me to CMH for the necessary testing and he properly diagnosed my condition. In this process, a cyst was also discovered that may have been cancer. He directed further testing which lead to a determination it was benign. Going back to the original issue, Dr. "Riva" also directed a minimal invasive and progressive approach. Only after PT, steroids, epidural shots, and further treatment, surgery was recommended. Their office helped finding multiple doctors from whom I received a variety of opinions. Surgery was performed, and I am now on the road to recovery. Dr Rivas office staff was also amazing. Maggie was always there with a smile and ensured all the necessary paperwork, testing and procedures were handled professionally. Tonya at the front desk, along with others always coordinated scheduling, and went out of there way to fax papers, make calls, and do numerous tasks for me so I did not have to worry. Thought this process pain management, insurance issues, and personal care were always handled by the entire team with utmost expertise, speed, and with a personal touch. They deserve more then 5 stars.

Horrible. I came in with excruciating pain from a fractured ankle. I spent about half an hour in the waiting room, then about 2 and a half hours in the exam room, and then when the doctor finally got there he had to order an xray! Which took about 1 hour. This entire time, from a 1-10, I was at about a 9 in pain and asked for pain meds. But when we left we were told that the prescription had been see the to CVS, but it hadnt.
