HORRIBLE!!!!! I was a medical assistant for 30 years and never saw an office ran so poorly. Started seeing Dr. Garcia the beginning of the year. You can NEVER get results from tests done, and getting a prescription filled is almost impossible. I had a sleep study done which showed Afib with my heart. Dr. Garcia ordered a 24 hour holter monitor prior to a scheduled surgery. After trying for a month to get those results, I finally had to go down and request a copy of the results to take to my surgeon, who in return, had to get me into to a cardiologist for an emergency echocardiogram 3 days prior to surgery. I left numerous messages thru out the month for Dr. Garcia as to when my surgery was scheduled as she was the referring Dr. The day before my surgery ( and after my surgeon did my pre op physical and echo, her office called to say I need a preop physical and echo...REALLY?) Either she does not get her messages or just doesnt read them. Julie the office manager is a joke stating the they have 10,000 patients at that office yet, there is only 1 person (Patricia) that fills Dr. Garcias prescriptions, and if she misses a day, it just doesnt get done. Horrible medical care. I am out of there!

If you need urgent care or care within and hour.....dont go here. Your better off going to emergency room, if you have insurance. I was first one there when it opened, filled out small slip, (since I had been there before) and waited for the nurse to call me. I waited and waited. People came in and were called in ahead of me. I stayed patient and asked why the hold up. They then said I needed to fill out new forms because mine were a little out of date. So, now I have to fill out forms and they get placed in order of who filled them out first. Of course, by that time there were six more ahead of me? They are not compassionate and wont even help you in.....if needed? Save your time and money....this is the furthest thing from urgent care I have ever seen. I got in to see my own doctor on the same day, lasted about 20 minutes and gone. My doctor gives more urgent care than the urgent care CHC. Ten patients and one doctor....how urgent can it be?

Holy CR*P Batman!! - These folks are HORRIFIC! Doctors are OK, nurses are decent and seem overworked, but the front-office and back-office staff (all the same) are JUST PLAIN INCOMPETENT! Over a year my elderly mother has come here and they LOST PAPERWORK, LOST LAB RESULTS, LOST SCRIPS, FORGET CALLS, MAKE ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES, and never, ever take ANY responsibility, nor even bother with an apology, of any sort. They are frequently gabbing about non-work things for 10-20 minutes at a time (while we all have to sit and listen to them), and then can never find things or understand why people are upset when it takes 3 MONTHS to get a copy of papers that were requested in writing FOUR TIMES!! In 30 Years of seeing doctors all over the US, these folks are INEXCUSABLE! True, they are surely underpaid, likely asked to work a lot, BUT they are poorly trained or just not competent to do the job! There have to be some minimum standards, eh?

This is the worst place ever!!!.a constant. Cluster f....ck.its a cycle of$ on your insurance.Dr.refused my blood pressure meds because I didnt want to take anymore blood tests??I have been through hell @ this comedy of errors I thought my life was up to me,my own choice,not here.this place is run by the most incompetent quacks Ive ever encountered.they dont desirve any stars. Dr. Welch is a moron I believe that this f........ing.place should be shut down.this is where all the flunky doctors go to pretend to be a Real doctors.Mexican people are catered to.wont be long and youll be able to get chips & salsa. What a JOKE!!#!##

Doctors rotate out very quickly. In the past two years I have seen 3 different doctors because the others no longer work there. I am trying to find a fourth now. It seems that the reception and office staff do not understand what they are there to do. CYA is there only mission statement. The medical staff, NPs, LVNs etc. have all been pleasant and seem to work very hard to take care of patients to the best of their ability.

An endless procession of patients seems to have taken a toll on this place, as the employees and doctors are short on time and patience. Expect wait time to easily pass the hour mark, frequently exceeding two. A few of my primary care providers here have been pleasant over the years, but all of them have transferred away from this location, requiring me to establish my medical history with a new doctor over and over again.

Horrible! It should never take 3+ hours to be seen for a simple cough a childs cough at that. My son is sleeping in the lobby chair, sick, this is the last time I will be coming here!! I hate to bug the emergency room for a NON EMERGENCY, which is why I came here in the first place but chc leaves us all no option. SHAME ON YOU CHC!!!

I waited about 45 minutes, which I consider to be very reasonable given my experience with other walk-in clinics in other states. The staff were all polite, professional and friendly; I felt very comfortable with the medical care I received. Theres literally nothing about my experience that needs improvement.

Even though I called prior to coming in when I got there they said they werent taking patients! Denied my daughter help so we have to go to er. Staff is no help and they seem to simply not care about u or your children!! If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible!

Been a patient at the Urgent Care, been pleased every time. Doctors are thorough and medical staff was awesome. Id recommend not going 1 hour before closing.

They only have 1 doctor here on the weekends. The waiting time is horrible and once 5 people check in they are already at capacity for the next 3 hours.
