I have had a fairly good experience here. My therapist and practitioner are both very supportive and attentive. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because their process for new clients is highly irritating since you have to show up and hope you can be seen until you can actually be seen for an eval. Also the scheduling has been a bit annoying. I had a few times where I was scheduled at the incorrect time.

Comprehensive Mental Health is only beneficial for low-maturity individuals. The depression and PTSD therapies cover everything wikipedia does and little more. The drug treatment program is garbage. The pharmocologists will not prescribe medicine to someone still using. This leads patients to lie about their use, or to not receive medicine. This place is primarily a scam to medicaid and consumers.

I have been with this place for about 2 and a half years. Ive been over looked and passed on by different people. And the one person i found that really did help me never got to say good bye when they got a promotion. After they got the promotion we were told a lot of times he was sick. Not that he got a new position.

They took me off medication that worked, and they have forced medication that doesnt help and has even caused me to get worse. This is maybe a place for low functioning crazy, but normal people who just need help, should go some place else. Staffing is also very rude, disrespectful, and generally unhelpful.

Staff sometimes dont do what they say, & they dont keep their word. Not all staff Im upset cause Ive had anxiety all my life and theyve gotten worse like sweaty hands and feet have also. Im in a ptsd group and its working fine cause people running group are good people. To each their own!

Its not helping me. Theyre saying im traumatized and need treatment when the only time i think about what happened is when they make me talk about it. They try to shove drugs in your face saying its going to help you and youll be better when it just messes you up more.

These people really do a lot to help those who have mental illnesses. They are have many other programs available that you just wont find anywhere else. They have done an amazing job at helping me with my bipolar 1 disorder.

The prescribers mess up a lot. They have to many clients and not enough workers. The turn around in perscribers and counselors is crazy. Some prescribers are insulting and rude.
