I always make appointments before hand, and when I go in, I specifically ask for Mani to draw blood from me, because it is usually very hard to find my vanes. Mani is very good at what he does, he always manages to get the job done without poking my arm several times, and turns the lab visit to a comfortable experience. He really cares about the work he performs in the lab and always goes the extra mile for patients. Today my appointment was for 10:30 and I got there sooner. it was time for Mani to take a break, but instead he speeded up my appointment and delayed his break. I really appreciate the way he handles my lab visits.

I couldnt be more happy! I went in today 27the of February, at 8am. I didnt have an appointment. I was third in line. Mani was the only one on shift, hes alone running everything till 9. Hes the first person to take my blood and not leave me with a bruise! I have whats been called difficult veins, and have passed out a couple times. I informed Mani before he started. He was so sweet! He waited to find a good vein, because he didnt want to keep poking me! I didnt pass out, and I barely felt the needle. Good job Mani!

I made an appointment in the morning so I wouldnt have to miss much work but they made me wait 25 minutes anyways. Appointments are apparently meaningless.
