Impossible to get hold of human being to confirm appointment locations, which recently changed, and hours, which also changed. All the computer sites only have the outdated information. Very poor customer service. Sorry that this company won the contract. I had quit using them previously because of poor customer service in the office, and now do not have a choice.

They have thrown away my urine because my doctor did not send it in "their" container. Very frustrating. You DO have an option for another lab. I have gone to LabCorp on Catherine Lane several times and they are amazing! In and out quickly and friendly staff. Check them out!

Tried to reach a live staff member via telephone. Impossible, all you get is a recording and shoved off to one of their web sites. Poor poor customer service from this part of their operation. They are attempting to increase profit at the expense of helping the customer.

They are very slow and not friendly at all! They havent even acknowledged any of the patients in here and there are 8 of us in here. There are 2 ladies working and they go into the back and disappear for a while without coming back out.
