Visited with a scheduled appointment 10:15 am on 5/25/2017. I was seen (1) hour later. The receptionist never took the time to keep me up dated , I asked after 45 min. How ever she did fine time to sit with four other employees and chat. I was told I was going to be seen by a doctor not true. I had taken in a picture of my injury being that happen on a Sunday evening and badly brused ( not a emergency.) When I called I was told that next scheduled appointment was 1 month away!!! The medical assistant ordered a x-ray of my foot injury. I was told I would be called as soon as the office recd the x-rays. I never recvd that call to inform me of the type of injury I had sustained. To this day 5/31/2017. I did a follow up and my foot x-rays were sent to Community Heath at 12:35pm (same day). Im writing this because I recvd a text requesting I take a survey. Community Heath need to up there game!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! As a new patient they make you wait MONTHS to be seen, then the Dr will only "address one concern per visit"..... This is how you know a Dr is only in it for the money, how dare she tell her patients this and how dare this be a policy!!!! I have a kidney currently being damaged and to have a Dr with no concern for my well being is just mind boggling!!! She was more concerned about getting me another visit, of course so she can make more money! She wouldnt even let me complete my sentences because she will not listen to more than one concern per visit, yet had the nerve to address me being "overweight"! I know were at the bottom of the totem pole with the insurance we have, but this is absolutely unacceptable and I will pursuit this further!!! She wanted me to return in 3 weeks, so she scheduled me to return in 6.... This does nothing for my daily pain!

I visited the clinic for the first time on February 12th, 2016. My appointment was at 8:30 am, Registration was quick. I was taken into the exam room by 8:20. Within 5 minutes the nurse was in to do the preliminary things they do. She left and within 10 minutes the doctor was in. Doctor was very thorough, reviewed with me things that needed reviewing and recommended exams according to my age and current conditions. The staff was courteous and very pleasant. I had braced myself for the worst based on the reviews I had read. Needless to say, the care, patience and understanding of the entire staff exceeded my expectations.

Hands down WORST place to ever take your child for a physical!!! Horrible service everyones running all around no one knows wht there doin took a 2 hr lunch for a physical and they wanted to send me son. To tracy to get shots as if it really took 2 hrs to say that I will never take my son back they need a lot of work everyones rude ugg veryy happy I will never have to deal with them and I will spread the word WORST PLACE EVER!!!

I read some of the comments on here and I had a totally different experience. Staff was very nice. Took about 2-3 weeks for appt but pediatrician Ana Revilla is great. Never have had to wait more than 20 mins from appt time even when I showed up late. Only thing that could be better is hold time when you call the clinic. On average about 10 min wait.

Takes forever to get an appointment. I called the office for 3 days before i got a hold of anyone. They gave me an appointmentent for 6 weeks from now. I was also told that they could not address the issues with my sons random chest pains and will not discuss any issues you have that are not written down at the time of calling.

Didnt have to wait very long. Staff is always polite and friendly. Dr Bernardo is to the point and efficient. Very polite and personable always takes her time and discusses my medical issues with me. I followed her from Stockton to Manteca, for this reason.

Too many doctors sharing 1 office!! They only have 1 room per doctor. If you come here plan on taking a whole day off work and expect ER wait times!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!! We will be finding a new doctor!

Terrible scheduling. Long waits, had a 9.30am appointment, went into room by 10.45am saw doctor by 11.30am. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Staff are idiots.
