Ive already posted about my last time here in ER care just check the Facebook post! But this place is a joke when it comes to mental health situations! So if you care about yourself or ones you love go somewhere else. Had a friend who was suicidal and convinced her to get to the ER and long story short the released her within a few hours with a so called safety plan! They told her she didnt seem that bad and told her to just make appt with her doctor to follow up and go from there! Everyone knows it can take weeks even months to get in with that type of doctors and weeks for meds to start helping!!! Does someones life not matter to these so called ER doctors "sign the plan and ur good to go" what if she had killed herself as soon as she got back to her bad living situation do they have no morals Or even a heart for others?! And then wonder why there are so many people on the streets and using drugs. Many on the streets have mental illness and are not being treated properly so then turn to drugs to escape the craziness in their heads since they go to get help and are turned away by people that call themselves health professionals! I could go on but if you need help dont waste your time $ or faith in this place and its doctors

While traveling from Utah to California my son became sick. We went to the Sutter Health Urgent Care Office in Auburn. We were able to see a doc quickly and he was treated. When leaving I chose to pay the TOTAL FEE in cash instead of billing our insurance. I was told the amount which I paid and we were on our way. Yesterday I received a bill from Sutter Health for $75.00. I called and was told the amount I was given the day of service was wrong (I paid $130 on the day of service) but they didnt know why. WHAT???!!! After two phone calls which were extremely aggravating they decided to charge me almost $15. It is like they are pulling amounts out of a hat. Im extremely disappointed and feel like this situation was not treated with professionalism and Sutter Health should be ashamed of themselves. Update one day after review - received a phone call from Sutter Health and after a short discussion I was offered an apology and was told the $15 I paid yesterday would be refunded. They agreed the situation was not handled properly. So although this was a frustrating experience, I am impressed the company stood up and resolved the situation in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was in and out within an hour. The PA, Steven Amaral, spent at least 15 minutes with me, listening to my symptoms, asking questions, responding to my concerns. My lab results came in after the clinic closed, and he called me at 10 p.m. to give me the results so I wouldnt be worried all night. Excellent care.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing with burns on my hands from a cooking incident. Not one person acted like I was imposing or lengthening their stay, even though they didnt finish with me until a full 1/2 hour after they had closed. They were kind, professional and efficient. I was so grateful that they were there for me!

Visiting the area for Spring Break and my 5 month old started spiking fevers. They got me in quickly on a walk in basis and provided great care! Very helpful and kind.
