Excellent customer service. I walked into the clinic with extreme pain and a rash. It was shingles ... caused most likely from stress. The staff were very patient with me and empathetic. I really appreciated the level of communication they had with me - always letting me know what the next step was and how long it would take. The staff knew how much the timeline was important to me because I felt like dying and needed pain medication to help with the sever nerve pain I was experiencing! Anyway, Dr. M. Walker was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. The front desk gal (sorry I dont remember her name) was also very considerate and genuine. If I need immediate health care again, without a doubt, Id return to this location. THANK YOU Dr. WALKER & STAFF!

My pleasant experience started with the receptionist, Madison. She was so darn perky it was infectious! I was seen by the nurse practitioner, Jessica Sawyer, within five minutes of being roomed. She was very detail oriented and was able to come to a speedy diagnosis and send me on my way… I was able to pay for my appointment online and schedule it as well which was a big convenience! I will definitely be telling all my local friends about this place :-) It sucks being sick but when you can be seen so quickly and painlessly it was a pleasure to come here.

Stopped in for a vaccination. It was a very welcoming place and professional staff. The NP Mike was extremely patient about explaining what vaccines I was getting and future ones I should consider. Was in and out in 20 min. Definitely would return should I feel a bit under the weather. Thanks Guys

My son came home from camp and had been sick with a high fever for many days. Went in to Sutter Walk in and saw Pamela. She spent time with him during our visit there and even called our home the next day to check on him. I love Sutter health!
