Worse dental office ever! Every time you have to wait 1-2 hours even if u show up on time! Cleaning was great thats it. They told me they could fix the small space between my front teeth. The dentist got frustrated half way through & said he cant help me. Told me to go to a cosmetic dentist. As I sat there non stop crying he never apologized.My teeth were ruined! I quickly went home to find someone cosmetic dentist who could help me right away & was told it was the worse botched job ever & now needed 2 crowns to fix it. I was devastated & it cost me $2,200. To fix their mess. I cried & was sick over this for 2 days. I couldnt be seen in public bc it was so bad! I even asked several times prior to procedure if he will make it look better. Responded sure & greatly failed! Learn from what happened to me & ruined my front teeth for life!!!

I do not recommend this place as far as my experience with Dental..My daughters have been going for a year now for braces treatment and only one of them has their braces on the other yet to have them on..They schedule appts for what...when I go in its about a 2 hr wait..and today I took time off work for an appt because my daughter has not been seen since July because they ran out of supplies, I go in and they cant find her on the schedule so I would have to be on stanby..meanwhile my daughters has a wire coming off her bracets..Irritated with they way they handle this everytime I go in there is a issue gosh one day the dentist didnt even show up..So now Im going to try the Gustine office..see what happens

Good: They helped get my niece get her braces on her teeth. BAD: My niece had to come back 10 times to get the complete set and soon after they were all done they started to fall off. The appointments are never on time. The people there are nice enough but on your previous visit theyll tell you that on your next visit certain things will be done. Then when you come for your visit youll wait for hours and nothing is done. They have potential but there is not enough to going on in this office.

The best office in Los banos. The front and back staff are the best. Im always well taken care of. I never wait to long. Super excellent service. Ive been to a couple offices in town and felt uncomfortable but when I go to Horizons, I feel like a queen. They treat their patients with respect and listen to our needs. Love this place!

Ive been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and can tell you this clinic is 100% customer service. They need more staff at times to handle the # of patient but thats not the staffs fault. Sometimes it takes 1 hour to be seen but its a clinic and ive had to wait just as long with Kiser in Santa Clara.

Had to wait awhile last time but overall a great expierence! Doctor is really nice and some dental assistants are really nice too especially Isaac he usually is who assists me and hes awesome

Horrible place. They better gets some act right before they get shut down.. Seriously some one in charge better fix that office especially dental, if not that whole place will be shut down.

They told me I was too young to be in pain.. pain management program forced me to see a chiropractor when I had a pinched nerve in my spine. He made it worse.
