***** Five Stars for Diane, Billing Office. My husbands doctor ordered a CTA and it was performed; even though no pre-authorization was needed my insurance denied the request as an experimental procedure and we were billed for the entire amount. Diane in the Billing Department was EXTREMELY helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. She contacted my insurance herself and tried to resolve the issue. However they would not speak with her since she was not the billing party. Diane called me immediately and relayed this; she then willingly stayed on the line with me while I called my insurance company and helped navigate through the issues with the representative. Diane immediately follow up with Dr. Nandyala who was able to provide the additional information needed then faxed it to the insurance the same day. While I dont yet know the outcome, I wanted to be sure and thank as well as document how helpful Diane in the NE Billing Office of Cardiology of San Antonio Clinic has been. She went above and beyond expectations. Thank you Diane!!!

CROOKS, THIEVES. I was referred here by my primary care physician. Dr Palomino met me for 2 minutes and then shuffled out without telling me the results of the EKG or anything about my chest pains and scheduled me for a stress test 30 days later. THEN they sent me a bill for 1200 dollars for the stress test. DO NOT GO HERE, they charge 6 THOUSAND dollars for stress tests and say they are cutting you a break. NOBODY there said a WORD to me about the price before I did it. They are scammers. Other clinics charge 300 for the same test.

Doc Nandyala is great. Always takes time to explain everything. Answers all my concerns. The only drawback is the waiting time. Else its a great clinic.
