While my first visit here went well (with a long wait time), I had nothing but bad experiences after. First off, prescriptions take AT LEAST a week to get. Not only do you have to leave a message and no one in their incompetent staff can figure out where your prescription is, but after the lady who prescribes stuff for you is done, the doctor has to approve it. They claimed my prescriptions were at my pharmacy - no, they were sitting in the Docs inbox. Same goes for test results. At one point, I saw the PA who was apparently new. I knew I had eczema from prior issues but they were hesitant to give me the prescription. The PA and a medical student literally sat in the room with me Googling and looking up in a book what my eczema could be. What am I paying them for if they are using GOOGLE and a TEXT BOOK?! It was thoroughly frustrating. I also came in as a follow up after severe chest pains where I almost called 911. I was told by the PA it was probably heartburn and to take Pepcid AC. She didnt do anything - not even an EKG. Months later I was still having minor chest pains and they did an EKG that they claimed was abnormal so they wanted to do a stress test. After the stress test (which cost me a copay for the doctor, a copay for the company they brought in, plus a bill that took them 6 months to send to me for additional money I wasnt aware I would have to pay), I was refused the results over the phone, but told he wanted to see me to discuss them and then send me to a cardiologist, or just send me to the cardiologist right off the bat. I chose to skip Dr Freeland, but the cardiologist saw none of the issues Freelands office claimed they saw on my test results. Their stress test showed no issues and my EKG was great. I will never go back. Even on days when my prescription was PROMISED to be at my pharmacy by the end of the day - it was not there. They cant do anything to meet their patients needs, half the staff appears incompetent, their account management is horrible (6 months to send me a bill???) and their customer service is horrific. When they took a week to get my prescription in, I started to receive an attitude when I called to check on it. HEY - not my problem. Your co-workers are the problem. No need to be a bit**.

The local police threatened me thru my family and got them to delete the truth here too. Small pig farm, big time criminal. Like I had said, I was tortured under the head by a malicious chiropractor who solicited to my home 10 years ago and Ive just been thrown to the hogs! I only went to Dr Freeland because the other DO in Texas didnt take Medicare PATIENTS. Dr Freeland just went ahead and did a nasty high-velocity rather HIGH-amplitude thrashing and busted tissue out in the center of my neck causing what is synonymous with whiplash injury. He did this at the second appointment and after I expressed concern about the risk of injury associated with the high velocity which is really all I have with that kind of adjustment. Dr Freeland said I was right to be concerned and that he shouldnt tell me because Im paranoid(which is nonsequitor) but he had a herniated disc he didnt even cause. He also said some chiropractors are better than him. Dr Freeland came nowhere near fixing the torture under my head, he caused more injury to the center of my neck and he said it could take up to twenty times. Had I fallen for that too and ended up paralyzed, dead or worse, the Texas state board would have very likely said what they said which is that neck pain and abnormality were present prior to the first treatment. my neck was perfectly fine and practically perfect when the second freak beast solicited to my home and he did a reverse benefit malicious therapy because it wasnt the first irrational beast of satan I had been to. THEYVE TORTURED AND CHUNKED MY NECK UP WITH MALICE AND I GET PERSECUTED HERE! So youve been warned. Its not just life or death with the hog beasts of satan. They can bust you down to one yellow or red health bar left and leave you with permanent sickening injuries like they did to me. and this place recently called about a bill

I recently moved here from PA and found BCFP by chance. What luck I fell into!! The entire staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I go routinely, once a month, and there is never a long wait. Only a few minutes to get back into a room. Once Im in a room, I am seen within a few minutes as well. I see Marsha Koebcke, R.N., FNP. She is AWESOME!! She always takes the time I need. I never feel rushed and always know she is paying complete attention to my every question. Shes not only concerned with the specific reason I see her each month, but with my entire well being. I would, without a doubt, recommend BCFP to ANYONE, young or old, ages 1-101.

I am a new patient since April 2015. I absolutely love Kim Harris PA. I have not yet met or seen Dr. Freeland. The Office Staff are fabulous. All are friendly, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it is really hard to reach a real person when calling. We should have the option to press "0" for Operator, and be able to speak with one of the Office Staff. I did one time need a prescription filled, and called to ask about it. They called within 15 minutes, and filled my prescription right away. I was called back and told that the script would be ready by 3:30 pm at my Pharmacy. I have never received that service.

I trust Dr. Freeland and his staff completely with my health care. Ive been a patient of Bee Caves Family Practice for several years. After having been misdiagnosed repetitively by several doctors at one of the large medical practices, I went to Dr. Freeland. At my age, none of the other physicians even thought to test me for mono - but Dr. Freeland did. It had completely trashed my immune system, but through his competent care, I am healthier now than I have been in years. They take the time to get to know you, and your concerns. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Freelands for nearly 2 years and other than the occasional long wait (usually late afternoon appointment times) I have had nothing but exceptional care from he and his nurse practitioners. They really take their time during my visits to listen to my concerns and get to know ME. I have recommended he and his staff to just about anyone looking for a new doctor to care for them and have heard nothing but praises from all those referrals.

Simply the best. We love Doctor Dan and his team of physician assistants and nurse practitioners. We have two special needs children and I am a 50% disabled veteran who has been serving overseas for the last three years. Doctor Dan reminds me of my pediatrician from almost fifty years ago when doctors were doctors and less interested in business and money. Thanks Doctor Dan for taking such good care of my family.
