I do not recommend this Dr be used AT ALL!! The Dr may be good but the office staff (Omar-office manager & Jessica) are arguably the worst representatives of a professional office that I have encountered in a long time. I represent a company that used an In Network doctor for a workers comp claim. Injury occurred in February - my employee was scheduled for an MRI since March 28 - DHR cannot submit to insurance for approval because they have been requesting clinicals from Omar since March - every time I call the office they pass the buck and blame the Workers Comp Ins or DHR - Requested clinicals were finally sent yesterday - 2 months later and also found out from DHR that Jessica cancelled in May due to no insurance If you want your injured employees taken care of I would suggest finding another treating doctor

After being a pacient for as long as I can remember I have given up on this facility. Dr. Lopez is great and if you are lucky enough to get treated by him you will get quality care, after a 5 hour wait of course and having to deal with the unfriendly faces of his staff. With a fever of 102 I was refused to be seen because I didnt have my new insurance card (which I couldve easily gotten for them) but the girl didnt tell me that until I had already waited ONE HOUR (rolling her eyes I might add) I got my things and left might as well go to the ER the wait may be shorter.
