My experience is as follows. Some of the staff can be very excellent and yet, others can be rude. The time waiting here to be seen either by Dr. Enrique Griego or the many PACS that are here too, is unbelievable. Really never had had a Dr visit under 4 hrs. Todays experience wasnt of any difference. The waiting is unbelievable and that is because I complained. Otherwise, I am sure my wait would have been longer. Easily they could have done labs and other labs needed to be done while in limbo or waiting . But, no! Dr Enrique Griego and his PACS are good at what they do. Well they have diagnosed me correctly and have helped me control my diabetes. To see Dr. Enrique Griego. ..you better have the whole morning cleared or if you have an afternoon appointment....clear that too....because you will not see a Dr in under 4 Hrs....true story. Dont bother coming in a walk in. Its not going to help you out any. ...I give my rating as to a 1 due to the exaggerated wait, lack of respect and unprofessionalism of some of their staff. I have had an issue of missing property in the past. But, Dr Griego handled the situation promptly and professional behind closed doors.

Sad that the Doctor is a good Doctor but the staff sucks. THey told me since i was weslaco patient not mcallen fo me to call mcallen. When i called weslaco it was the answering service because th doctor was in mcallen for the day
