Im very disappointed with Dr. Seda and the office. I enthusiastically recommended this office to someone for a wellness visit. Unfortunately, Dr. Seda had minimal conversation with her and they charged her an office visit even though her insurance fully covers wellness visits. She was so upset and when asked why, they couldnt answer her. She had to go back and complain. They finally returned her visit charge and when the Dr. Called her she was told that it was because she said she raised two issues (of which the doctor offered no response) and that turned it into an office visit. Countless times I raise concerns on an office visit and this is the first time Ive ever heard of anyone getting charged. Im sad because I myself invested a great deal into a program with Dr. Seda and although it was not properly managed, I grew to like the staff there as we worked through the issues that came up during the program. I thought that their primary concern was the patient. Now, Im not certain. Referrals need to be very well taken care of. I am disappointed and sadly I wont refer anyone else there. 8/2/2016 Now that Im not on fire about what happened, I owe additional thoughts about this place. I purchased the brain health program. It needs some work on the feedback loop and understanding next steps. The program is costly and you would expect there to be more communication. We went through a detox and found great value in that. Dr. Seda and Luke, the Life Coach, provided extensive research on foods which was helpful. We did find foods my daughter was sensitive to, which didnt show up through blood work or allergy testing. For this we are grateful. My feedback here is that follow-up with the patient is important while they are on the program. Patients are usually in the program because they need external help and guidance. If you would like follow up communication to see how you are doing with the program this is not the place for you. The neurofeedback technician, Danielle, was very wonderful. Shes an Amazingly caring individual that wants nothing but to help her patients and see them get better. Unfortunately, we didnt see the success we hoped for with this part of the program and not sure if or how we closed it out. There are food, stress, essential oils and cooking learning sessions. Some are good, others need refinement. Dr. Seda is knowledgable, Luke is passionate about is work and Danielle is an angel. I have seen Dr. Aquino-White for my wellness visits on the other side of the office. She is knowledgable and spends time with her patients which I appreciate (but be prepared to wait). Not sure what happened, but I wish my referral would have had a better experience. I hope that the program is improved, because this staff and the place has potential to be great.

Went in for a physical with labs. They asked for me to return for the dr to go over the results even though I got a call that everything was normal. I cancelled the follow up appt, that was obviously not needed. When I asked for the lab results and vitals, I was told they will fax it over to me, called back 3x after I never received the fax. Finally this rude lady gets on the phone and tells me she has to charge me $25 for a copy!! 1 page copy!! And she was eager to take my credit card over the phone. Never again will I go back to this doctor! They suck!

I contacted Dr. Bernice Gonzalez MD, searching for a new GP. Dr. Gonzalez was highly recommended to me by another one of my Doctors. When I spoke to the person that answered the phone, she didnt know was a GP is???? She kept answering me that she is a medical doctor! I finally asked her is she a "family doctor", again responding that she is a medical doctor. Then stating she only does harmone therapy. If I needed anything else, I would e seen by a nurse practitioner. This young lady is doing you a great disservice.

My Vital Life experience has been spectacular. Finally, I have a provider that really listens to my symptoms, follows up with all necessary diagnostics to get treated and involves me to achieve the "Healthier" version of me. Their flow of patient clinic runs smoothly aside from some patients thinking its a drive-through. If you really want to be healthy, Vital Life definitely has the necessary tools, professional staff and insight to achieve it.

Vital life is a great clinic. They actually try to figure out what is wrong with you instead of throwing pills at you. They can be a little new age but still great.
