The front office people are usually uniformative and I usually get the run around from everyone. Its so hard to refill prescriptions, even when its something Ive been taking for years, like why would i just stop suddenly taking a medication that I need to keep my body in leveled function. Dr. Lee is highly incompetent most the time I see him and doesnt really focus on the patients needs. Ive seen two other doctors who have basically told me things I already know and they were even worse that I dont care to remember their names. The nursing staff is very kind, surprisingly and so are the phlebotomist staff. Sadly, the doctors staff and front staff seem to think way highly of themselves then for the patient. I seriously have been taking my meds for years now and 4 days into the week I cant even get my thryoid medication even refilled until Thursday, so not only is that 5 days without a "brand" medication that took nearly 6 months to kick in, but now ive missed nearly a week and hope that I dont have adverse side effects. This place is sad and unprofessional. I am currently looking for another primary care physician.

Dr Reeves has been seeing our family for 30+ years. He is ON TOP OF IT! Several great doctors in this practice, organized office, and knowledgeable staff. This is a very large practice with a high volume of patients, however, I have never had any of the office staff treat me or my family unkindly nor have I ever felt rushed or like another number. (I will say that I am in retail and I understand the demands of high volume healthcare.) I work in a pharmacy and from a business aspect, I have NEVER had any problems when I have needed something from this office, and I have had plenty of experiences with several doctors offices and their staff. I have even had a few of this practices doctors call our pharmacy after hours to clarify scripts. Great job HCMA!!

I am 58 years old and just moved here from another state. I have never in all my years felt like I was being interviewed to be able to see a physician. I was a patient of my prevcious physician for 12 years. After 2 days I was called and was told they are not taking new patients at this time. After the initial phone call I found another physician before the call back as I had a feeling I would not be welcome there. Very glad to take my business elsewhere. Why could they not tell me they were not taking new patients during the first phone call. I have no experience with the physicians so my rating is the way they handle new patients or at least a person who wants to see a physician. Waiting 2 days is ridiculous.

Just spoke to them to try and get seen as a new patient. The woman on the phone could barely be bothered. They must have more business than they can handle because she made it sound as if it would be an inconvenience and favor to take my business. i am sure the doctors are great from what i hear but if that is the kind of staff that i will have to deal with i think i will keep looking. Get some phone training folks.

Dr Nelson is fantastic, but their rates are too high. Also, you cannot speak to anyone after 5. As in, 5:01 they dont answer the phone. Having spent time around the world, I find this to be rather pathetic. Ive never had this experience before. Im trying to make an appointment, but I cant speak to someone unless I quit working to do so? Lovely.

I love this place. I was treated with great care and respect. Dr. Lee took the time to answer all my questions and didnt make me feel rushed through the consult. Its so refreshing to have an experience with a Dr. who really seems to care and not the normal two min examine and push out the door.

Dr. Hindman is our family doctor and he is awesome! He is very patient, treats you as if you are the only patient he has and he is great with kids.
