Well, I thought I had found a fantastic doctor. I have being going to the office for about 8 months. I just got a letter in the mail stating that I need to find a new doctor because we have not shown up for appointments. If this were the case I could see the concern. I do remember getting a call while we were on our summer vacation saying we missed an appointment, but I do not remember even making one for the time we would be out of town. I have been late a few times, but I have 4 elementary age boys so it can be difficult to get out the door. I am sorry that Kelly Family Clinic didnt like that. So if you are ever late or you miss one appointment that you didnt get a reminder call for then this is not the place for you. Also there is only one front desk girl (shes new) that is nice and friendly. The rest of the girls have to try way to hard to be in the business they are in to be nice and accommodating. So do yourself a favor and find a doctor that wont serve you a certified letter telling you to find a different doctor, because Dr. Kelly doesnt find our family "EFFECTIVE"!!

This office is out for your money. Be aware that your well woman exam will be split up into two office visits, so that they can outrageously charge you for both. They inconveniently dont tell you about this until youve already taken off work and are sitting in their office. Their reasoning is they have to take care of all the questions/concerns in the first visit, then you are forced to schedule another day off of work to come back in for the actual exam. Look at your bill carefully and question the charges, because the office staff will slap you with whatever they can. Dr. Kelly is meh. She is void of personality and I really didnt get the impression she cared. After an hour and a half long office visit for various things, the only helpful advice I got for my stress level was to buy a $75 sound machine and sleep with ear plugs at night. Well, thats not happening since I have children and need to be able to hear them. The nurse assistants and physician assistant Janey are pretty great, which is this offices only saving grace, as well as the ability to do in-house blood work.

Since our old doctor left town we had to find a new one...my husband needed his prescriptions refilled and to check on his sinus issues. Dr Kelly apparently did not believe the records from the last 2 doctors over the past 6 years that he needed this medication. I know its her choice, but there seemed to be no further concern or plan on how to remedy his situation. They didnt seem to be concerned at all about cutting him off his meds cold turkey and in no hurry to look at his records that had been sent over. She took $145.00 dollars from us and told him to go see a psychiatrist. Sinus issues were never ever addressed. No blood pressure check or anything! The only thing they did was weigh him and make my husband feel like a drug addict. If you are looking for a caring doctor with some common sense in New Braunfels go to Patricia Mossburg. Her and her staff are beyond helpful and sweet!

I loved Dr. Kelly and her staff. Unfortunately, I have missed two appointments in the last 6 months, and have been dismissed from her office. Ive actually never heard of this, although Im sure it is common practice...maybe? I wouldnt be as upset as I am now, but she has kicked my entire family out of her practice. My husband, who LOVES her office is now not able to go back and he has never missed one appointment! I was aware of this policy, but not the part about the entire family being dismissed. maybe it is somewhere in the fine print no one reads (lesson learned). Before you see Dr. Kelly, please make sure you are better than I am at remembering appointments. I wish that the part about the family being dismissed as well would have been made clear to me.

My old physician moved, so I went to Dr. Kelly as a new patient. The front office staff was so welcoming! I didnt have to wait long at all to the see Dr, and when she did meet with me she took the time to have a real conversation. She didnt try to rush through the appt which was how my last Dr operated. I also love that Our family can see her from newborn up through adults. Its nice to have one Dr for the whole family. Her nurse was also wonderful, and called me within 24 hours for my blood test results. Im very pleased with this office so far.

Literally the worst. Dr Kelly has a terrible attitude and just wants your money. Seriously left this office so pissed, they charged me $130 before I even saw the doctor to refill my medication and then I see dr Kelly and she tells me shes not taking new patients and gives me a referral. Charged me $130 for a referral. She sucks.

Dr. Kelly has been incredibly kind to our family every time we go. Her and her staff are very considerate of their patients. Ive never had a doctor like her who really listens and works with you.

Love dr Kelly and her staff. They diagnosed a condition Ive had for years and referred me to a surgeon. Also delivered my daughter. Glad to have such a competent pediatrician and friendly nurses.
