From the very first visit they were interested in helping relieve the pain in my back. They worked with my schedule and never acted as if it was a problem. The staff was always very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at each visit, everything was explained completely right from the beginning. The appointments were always on time , in fact they called one time and said the Dr. was running ahead of schedule if we were able to come in early. We live close so we did and were in and out before our scheduled time. The ladies doing the IVs were very good and Dr. Nelson and both Anesthesiologists were great and very caring. The New Braunfels office is a great office to deal with because of the GREAT PEOPLE. I will definitely refer my friends and I will go back if needed.

Dr Sahni is the best, he took excellent care of me, he was professional and explained everything he was going to do and explained everything to my husband, in fact my husband said he learned more in just talking to him for a few minutes then what was explained to us from the another Doctor. His bedside manner is excellent and he listens to you. I am very grateful to Dr. Sahni and his staff. I think he is great surgeon.
