My experiences with this office started out fine. Dr. Lopez addressed my problems at first with efficiency the staff as well. Now fast forward to now around 6 months of going for general care and addressing certain issues. And still has not found a suitable care plan to improve or alleviate my problems after numerous follow up visits for different care and to actually find any kind of diagnosis or explanation to my problems. And unwillingness to address certain health risks I am concerned with. Why they would not bend over backward to oblige such test is beyond me Dr. is getting paid and tests dont hurt me in this case so whats the problem. Compared to other offices Ive never had the issue of so many treatments not being covered by the insurance. The staff for whatever reason has given me issues from scheduling appts. to see the Dr. then find out I am seeing a P.A. im not paying to see a P.A. that is limited on treatment courses and knowledge for problems even the Dr. is not addressing correctly. As well as getting accurate billing information from my insurance requesting payment for approved visits and approved treatment that is already 100% covered. I guess no notations are ever made in the file. To trying to scheduling further tests and treatment and never being followed up even two weeks after orders have been put in to set dates and having to call back multiple times and being put on hold on more than one occasion for more than 30 minutes just to not be given and answers or resolving any issues. As well as misinformation about what treatments will be done and general information about correspondence. I guess this is the type of office that the Dr. is ok with being run because after all patient treatment and satisfaction has never been much of a priority for alot south valley doctors because its not like they will ever have a shortage of patients healthcare here is like a fast food line which is why they feel they can operate this way with no care. The single most biggest hindrance in that office seems to be Juan Trevino which is in a billing position that cannot understand anything that is being told to him from what I gather and was the problem for many of the issues I am writing about. So if you have no choice but to see this office go but in my opinion a Dr. that stresses being able to treat sleeping problems that really doesnt offer any relief and a staff that you have to pull tooth and nail to get anything done if thats your cup of tea then by all means.

Waited 2 1/2 hours the first time to see him and 1 1/2 hours before walking out in frustration the second time. Obviously, the man has NO respect for anyones time. Why make an appointment if you cant even be reasonably close to keeping it. His staff tried to justify it with lame excuses. The doctor himself is friendly in demeanor, yet his punctuality issues would make him a poor choice unless you want to waste your entire day waiting for him.
