Dr. Zincone was excellent! Very nice and caring, listened to problems and explained everything to me with kindness and compassion. Most of reception was excellent also. Needed a referral to another physician and lady who deals with that was not very pleasant or nice to speak to at all on phone when other office did not receive referral, she isnt the only one who has bad days and should be kinder when speaking to patients when theyre arent feeling well.This would be 5 stars for sure even tho they do have a long wait. Waiting doesnt bother me, rudeness does, especially when completely uncalled for. I was only relaying message from DR I was referred to. Update: I was called back and she was very nice. So I have changed my review to a 5 star. Everyone has bad days.

Best Dr. In town, advice to others that complain about waiting. Someone ahead of you just might have cancer or worse. Count your blessings if you do not have a deadly disease. Think about it and be a patient, patient. Life is to short to have to be first. Think of others first for a change.

Dr Zincone and staff are always professional and courtious. Not long wait times in office and quick to have open appointments. A very nice welcoming business you can rely on.

I see Mr Dan and hes very nice and caring as well as Dr. Zincone. Yes theres usually a long wait but its worth the wait especially for the price.

Been waiting over an hour staff is very unfriendly. If I hadnt already paid my co pay I would leave and find another Dr. Dont waste your time.

Ive been going here for many years. Staff is great! There may be a wait at times but it is better than going to the ER.
