I see myself as a fair person and would not write a negative review on a company if they didnt deserve it. I have had several bad experiences with this dentist and only returned because upon complaint to the staff It was suggested that I see another dentist that worked there. Anyhow, the time before the last time I went the dentist, I had a tooth extracted and it left me in servere pain. They refused to give me a prescription and told me to goto the store and buy over the counter moltren...What!?. Then I came the next week to get a filing in my other tooth and the doc ran out of time- leaving a huge open hole...which hed made I guess thinking hed have the time to do whatever he started doing; is that even lawful? Not to mention the attitudes of the staff who decided at one time decided to make negative political rematks directed towards me, a patient in a professional place. Im sorry, I Definitely would NOT recommend anyone go to this dentist. I believe that the board of dentistry be informed about some of their practices and things they do and allow, it might do them some good!

whatever negative reviews are listed, I just want to defend my family dentist. I have 6 people total in my family who comes here. Ive recommended my elderlys to get their dentures done here as well. Whatever questions or concerns weve had, we have all been given our options. My dad has had to do emergency extraction, they provided a discount since hes a cash patient. My mom and brothers had to do root canals and filllings, they were shown the treatment plan and told the cost and whatever else theyd like to do. I myself am a patient and have always been well respected. They work great when you are having pain, ive never had an issue in regards to scheduling at appointment, at least ive never had to wait over 3 days for an appointment. Highly recommended! I am sorry to those that it didnt work for you.

Eastport Plaza dental was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. For starters the dental assistant spoke VERY poor English , which made it very hard to understand anything she was trying to tell you. She was very short and rude and it seemed like she was on some kind of speedy drug. When the dentist finally came over to check my teeth the assistant was running all over the office doing god knows what instead of helping the dentist. He was horrible as well, he didnt care that I had sore gums and that my teeth were hurting he just kept poking them harder and made them feel worse. I ended the visit early and will never go back there again. On top of it all it was the most unclean and impersonal dentist I have ever been too.

This is a small not very well run business. They apparently have limited services as when I questioned them about pulling a tooth without giving any other options they commented that they do not do root canals or crowns. Then I found out the pulled tooth had an abscess which should have been addressed before any tooth was pulled out to avoid infection spreading throughout the body and causing even more problems. When I asked for the dentists license number she refused, if she hadnt done anything wrong why would she not give her information out. Most offices have their licenses posted on the wall...not this one! Steer away from these people if you value your teeth and your health!

Well first I made a emergency dental app with this office last week and all the dentist wanted to do was clean my teeth and I was in severe pain. After fighting with the assistant about it she got me back in to fill one of my teeth and scheduled me to come back today to fill the rest of them. I called to confirm my apt today and she says that Im not scheduled. And my mouth hurts. I wont be going back to this dentist and now I know why there is so many bad reviews about them

I havent seen a dentist in several years, but the people at Eastport Plaza Dental scheduled me for an exam and teeth cleaning quickly and I felt that they were very professional, even if they spoke to each other in a different language. (They used English with me... and I really dont need to know anyone elses medical business anyway.) They complimented me on my attention to hygine and the procedure was painless. I will be going back there for continued dental care.

One of the worst dental experiences. They leave your teeth junked up after a filling that can easily be ripped out when youre flossing. They drop insurances and dont bothering informing you until the day of your appointment. Their front desk receptionist is rude and acts like they are superior. I will NEVER recommend this place other than to the BBB. Dont ever go here if you want quality work, theyre horrible.

I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone to here. I went in to have an exam done for them to tell me my teeth were not infected when it hurt bad. Went back the next day to have them pull it just for them to tell me they could not due to them not being able to get me numb and with them calling my a lair. They told me it was only pressure i was feeling when I know it was not.

Went here to schedule fillings and got a cleaning that day and came back several times for fillings. It was a good experience, its a small office with friendly staff who were knowledgeable and did great work. They have a multicultural staff and some of them were tough to understand at first. Just have to listen closely. Not a big deal. Id recommend this place to anybody.

This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. Im pretty sure they have no concept of how insurance actually works. The fillings our kids received are shoddy at best. Not only will I never go here again, I recommend you dont go there either.

STAY AWAY! Waited over half hour past scheduled visit. Changed prices quote when I returned for extraction. Cheaper prices if you pay cash just like a used car lot! Had to wait additional 25min after visit for prescription. STAY AWAY!

I was given a referral for a procedure I didnt need. When I switched dentists after many other red flags I reached out for my records. Theyve yet to return a phone call a week later or acknowledge the written request Ive sent.

My husband and mother in law come here. They do a good job and we find them very friendly. There is no problem with ensurance or in our case paying cash. We drive down from 4 hrs away because their price is reasonable.
