Poor communication! The 3 times I have been there. Its just been awful experience for me! Very emotional when you get time off work using vacation and you get there and thinking my son is going to have procedure done and then they tell you its consultation appointment. The first 10 minutes we were there they told me there was no room for me to sit back there with my son and procedure will take 2 hours for me to sit in waiting room and then they come 10 minutes later yes he needs a root canal and we will schedule for that. Im like what I know he needs a root canal because the detest told us 2 weeks ago thats why we have appointment today then tell me well this consultation with the specialist for today but you told me when I made this appointment that is was to get his root canal. We had wait a month for next appointment to get his root canal. So my son waited 6 weeks total to finally get his root canal. Very poor experience! He wasnt in to much pain all time so he handled it waiting that long. It would bother him more when he ate. Plus they had me sign papers for payment plan so I was already locked in for them to do the root canal so I couldnt go any where else. Plus I made my first payment before his appointment. I was screwed because I couldnt go anywhere else. Its just been the worse for us!!!

Initially I was not impressed with my first visit. I thought reception could have been more welcoming, but having done that job, I admit I have high standards in customer service. The technician who took me in for xrays was so unhelpful that I actually told the office manager she should work on her compassion with patients. The rest of my first visit was quick and really professional. The next step was not great but not horrible and I know horrible dental experiences, so the shot was the worst I had ever had. EVER, but the cavities were filled and look great. I had four teeth extracted and guess what? the same dude shot me( Anthony) again and again it was VERY painful and I am on lots of pain medication so break through pain is very very intense considering the Fentenyl and Tramadol I was on. Also it was not sufficient, and the dentist had to shoot me twice more. Once that was done, he was very professional and compassionate. I am going back for fine tuning and I have recommended this practice to those who want a no frills experience with a professional staff of well trained people who generally are very good at what they do and how they do it. I found the cost average which is a plus, I was never shamed, which is a great change from my previous experiences. I will continue with this company.

Id give it 5 if the dentist hadnt been so impersonal, I felt they were fast and efficient which is great but the dentist had a tendency to get a bit snappy with my when it came to needle in my infected gum time, cause I got nervous. He stuck the the needle in, within seconds Was pulling the tooth and then walked away as I layed there. No "are you okay" or "great job", just left me lying there. I felt with how personal that aura is to me that it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe they need to realize that their patients are not there all day and maybe not treat them like just another mouth? But, fast clean and proficient got them a 4. The 5 would have surfaced if I didnt feel like an inconvenience to them. He even stabbed my lip while reading my report the the hygienist and I said ow and got no sorry or anything.... still human beings here lol

I think the staff and initial process was clear, informative, nice to work with etc..., The actual "big day" was so aweful. I have a feeling I had a very good dentist who does not understand that its a real human in that chair and not a prop. He has his nice speal he has learned but not when actually doing the work. He was not reassuring, he is fast, clumsy with his water, tools, and insensitive to the actual person in the chair. It made for a scary ordeal, painful as one tooth was pulled and not numb, and I was left alone after the extractions for quite a while without a tissue or care. The next day a different team and a very different caring reassuring experience. Again, time will tell, I think I received good competent dentistry, in the scariest experience ever.

Had an old crown replaced in October 2015. In January 2016, while I was eating a birthday cupcake, the crown fell off. They re-attached that crown for free, which was nice, though the dentist who saw me that day was awful (terrible chair-side manner, didnt use a topical before injecting numbing agent, literally make me scream "Jesus Christ"). But yesterday, 2/23/16, it fell off AGAIN while eating a muffin. They are now creating a new crown, in the *hope* that this one will stay on. Seriously, a permanent crown should not come off twice in less than 6 months. They say if this one doesnt work, theyll just refund my money so I can go somewhere else, so thats something, I guess.

The doctor was OK , Its very busy there . My question is it normal to pull your teeth and not to give you even meds to help with the pain not even for one day ? I dont think it is I m just hoping my crowns will turn out good and I m not going back again . I couldnt sleep all night the pain was horrible I had to take a day off from work today . I contacted my other friend who is a dentist and he also agrees with me . If this is the state law not to give medication to someone who had his tooth pulled please send me a link to it so I can contact them might get my lawyer involved .

I am having a great experience. I am looking at knee replacement surgery which requires that I get a clean bill of health from my dentist. I needed a cleaning, which I got the very next day, and some other more serious work that Ive been putting off for a few years because of budget constraints. I spoke with the office manager and arraigned it all in a matter of minutes. Everyone from the receptionist to x-ray, hygienist, and the dentist have been wonderful. i would highly recommend them to anyone. They had a genuine concern for my situation and my dental health. Thank you.

I feel Aspen Dental owes me a new bottom denture, when it was fixed under warranty the repair was faulty and needed to be re-repaired, seems to me your company is weaseling its way out of its responsibilities by stating the warranty was up. There is probably on recourse for me to follow up with So a copy of this will be forward to your corporate office and I will suggest to everyone I come into contact with to go elsewhere and not to use your services. It is becoming the trend to scrimp on service for the quick buck, in the long run it will cost you for this business practice.
