They do not value your time I am a full time working mother and a full time college student. I had scheduled for over a month fillings for my teeth, even set a reminder in my phone. I show up at my appointment time and the receptionist proceeds to tell me because I didnt return their confirmation call my appointment was cancelled. I told her I mustve missed the call while working and she shrugged me off, not giving any eye contact, telling me that its already been filled with another patient and busied herself with her computer. Didnt bother to try to offer and reschedule. Also, they work with OHP which I have. You can tell by the way their new patient paperwork is setup they have prejudice opinions about OHP members, but are willing to take their money. The name has family in it, but nothing is family oriented about it. I wasted my time not only getting to the appointment to be turned away, but time I couldve potentially have scheduled with another dentist that values their patients and their patients time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I seriously cannot believe how this office is still open. I came in today with my mother and waited 2 hours for an inexperience dentist to extract one tooth. They said it was going to be a surgical extraction but the whole time the so called "doctor" was doing a simple extraction with no incisions being made. I couldnt stand watching the dentist and the assistant continue putting my mother in pain. So I went straight to Dr.Tran to demand her to take over because the other guy obviously didnt know what he was doing. Yes, after 2.3 hours later the tooth was extracted, but I cant get over how embarrassing their staff interacts with their patients. Very unprofessional, rude, and a major attitude problem. If only I got their names because they didnt even introduce themselves. Just save your time and money and go to a real dental office.

Ive had a pretty bad experience there. The prices are reasonable, and the people are mostly nice, but Ive had a problem with communicating with the doctors, especially Doctor Tran. Just the other day, she put a mercury-silver amalgam filling in my mouth, when I had specifically requested composite previously. I was very upset about it. She poo-pooed my objections to mercury in my mouth and wouldnt listen about it at all. I think that dentists -- if they must use mercury-silver fillings at all -- should at least make sure people are informed of their options.

Ive complained to Oregon Board of dentistry and licenceing for using metal fillings without notifying me prior or asking my permission. I asked them about it and they didnt care. Im allergic to metal. They never told me they used metal fillings. Then I cant floss to top it off. They left over lays do I cant floss. Then they called a psychologist to call me about it after I asked nicely to fix it. Also An insurance benefit dispute is essentially a contract breach lawsuit.

Honestly looking at the reviews, I was pretty nervous about going here for my OHP referral. After talking to the staff and meeting the dentist everything went well. They were really friendly and reassuring. I didnt need major work, just x-rays to check in and a filling for my front tooth. The finished work looks great and only took a few minutes. I scheduled a cleaning appointment so now I can feel relaxed about going back. Hope it goes well for you too!

The worst dentist I have ever seen. I was kept waiting 40 minutes in the chair with my mouth numb while she examined 2 other patients. She was disrespectful, condasending and several times told me I would not receive the same quality of care as other patients, because I was on the Oregon Health Plan, which she demonstrated both times I saw her. I was in tears by the end of my appointment. Her license should be revoked.

The guy who pulled my tooth was very unprofessional. When I raised my hand in pain he said "I know youre in pain, Ill send you home with pain meds! Youre making this procedure very difficult!" I felt the last 10 mins including every stitch and by the end felt like I got shot in the face. The pain brought me to tears after he did.
