First of all, I have no dental insurance. A veneer on my front tooth broke, so I called expecting the worst as far as pricing. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find manageable prices for my needed exam and xray, and the possible needed treatments were discussed, and I just want to mention that not once was I made to feel inferior because I didnt carry insurance. Next I must say from the time I entered the office, and throughout the completion of my procedure, I have never received such outstanding care and customer service as I have received with Quality Dental Care. Every member of the staff I encountered was refreshingly professional and kind. And whats more, Dr Bodroug is not just superior in his mastery of dentistry, but he handles his patients with respect and gentle care. Both he, and his assistants perform with the clear goal of not causing their patients to feel ill-at-ease or uncomfortable. The best thing about this review is that it is not exaggerated, or meant as flattery. Its all true. Real quality dental care does exist in Vancouver. I give Dr Bodroug and Quality Dental Care my highest recommendation. Thanks so much you guys ;-D
