Dr Sanner is a good Dr and shows compassion but always says to call if any changes or new symptoms show up. Over the last year we have yet to have one phone call returned. Not sure if its poor handling by his staff or what. We have had to make too many hasty decisions when he will not return calls to answer questions so we are forced to find a new nuero
