I think that it has been well established that there are long wait times (frankly, since it is the most documented complaint I find it ridiculous so many people came here. If wait time were that crucial, anybody after the third wait time complaint is kind of silly for coming here knowing that theres a long wait). Its really just a matter of putting things into a different perspective: - people react to the way they are treated (IFstaff was unprofessional and rude to you, it was probably because you were rude to them first. On my first visit here, I was quite rude when I demanded to know if I would always have to wait like that, and Anita was so genuine and authentic when she explained that there is always a long wait time here, that I felt horrible for my rudeness! I also decided then and there that having a long wait didnt really bother me that much. What was more important to me was the kindness the compassion and the sincerity of the staff at this office. I have found the PAd Dial and Hendricks and the nurse to be quite thorough, and Alexis and Anita are both very mindful of my needs as a patient who works 3rd Shift. Ive only been to this office four times now but just from what Ive seen I can say that if Alexis was eating at the reception desk it was probably to keep from delaying anybody in their wait to see a doctor... also, I couldnt imagine Ida being anything but personable, compassionate, friendly and professional. Even the phlebotomist that was there when I had to get my blood drawn what is efficient friendly and professional! If you need blood drawn hes the guy! hes awesome!

Wait time is forever. I always make my sons appts really early in the morning hoping to get seen sooner. We get to his appt fill out the same paperwork every single time we go and my son dont even get seen until 2/3 hours later. It has a sign (walk ins are welcome until 6pm but appts will be seen first and walk ins will be seen in the order they came in) I saw all the walk ins go in first. We even saw people who had appts way before us go in first. The receptionist with the short bob hair is very rude. Went in to pick up my sons script a couple days later due to being horribly sick. I get there and they say we dont keep them we throw them away the same day if you dont come back the same day wtf!!!. Asked for another location that the Dr was at that day and she "says oh his at 151 today but Idk the number to that location you have to look it up oh wait we have cards that have the info" seriously!. The location on Walzem where originally my sons appts are told me my son could only be seen there due to my insurance and plus they didnt have any other locations. When I found out that day they had one on 151 which is closer to me by 15 min instead of 45 min I called that location immediately. They were able to get my sons script same day and I had him moved to that location. Plus side the people there were nice from the min you walk in. Never going back to Walzem location. Should have never gone after first appt due to appt at 8:00am and didnt get seen till 2:00pm.

My kids were automatically assigned to this clinic through their insurance. There are a list of things wrong here. 1. Constant rescheduling. Ive been rescheduled 3 times in a month because I want to see Gruesbeck and not the PCP. 2. They dont listen. You give them your reason for the visit and they dont list it. Then, they schedule you for an appointment and when you get here they want to say they cant accommodate the reason for your visit. 3. Rude and unorganized office staff. They lose your paperwork, ask you to fill it out again and when you tell them you already did it, they say "well idk where it is so can you do it again?" HIPPA violation, much? I seriously gave them paperwork and they lost it even before my child was seen. 4. Wait time. If you have an APPOINTMENT at 8:15, dont expect to be seen until 9:30 or 10:00- and when you are seen its only for 5 minutes. 5. Confusion. They dont know what the hell they are doing. See 1-4. Overall, I hate this place. Dont bring your kids here. Its a disaster.

I was going to the Nacodogeches clinic with my son. I have medicaid for him and this was such a close location and since he is a primary care doctor I thought it would be good and easier as he grows. I was very wrong. My son was sick so I took him to the Dr. for about 3 months. At least every 2 weeks. Medicine just kept being prescribed for him and even though he finished it still wasnt working. We finally took him to the hospital and not only did he have phemoniua but he also had both types of flu. A and B. Mind you he was only 3 at the time. The fact that this occured is an undersight to the doctor. If you cant properly diagnose a 3 year old then you shouldnt be accepting them as patients. I will never take my son near this office again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I know that having 3 kids visit the doctor at once and being a new patient is bad but this place takes the cake. I set up an appointment for 2:45 , I purposely get there @ 2:15 register, fill ot paperwork and wait. I waited so much my kids got tired of waiting and decided to throw a fit. I literally sat there for an hour and a half and still had not seen the doctor. Waiting in the lobby all that time. I finally got the nerve to ask how much longer and they said that they still hadnt finished verifying insurance and that as soon as they finished inputting them into thee system that my kids would be next. By this time the lobby is full and I am stressed to the max. If you value your sanity DO NOT GO HERE.

This is THE WORST Dr. office I have ever been to in my life! The staff is not only rude, but wear clothes that I am 98% sure they wore to bed and the front desk girl has 1/2 pink hair!! How unprofessional is that!!. They are late in the mornings so you sit out in the cold past your appointment time waiting to just get in! Your appt. is at 8am and the Dr. does not even show up till 9 or after!! What is the point of having an appointment!! Had 2 red flags on my blood work and they never bothered to call me I finally got an appointment after 3 calls to them and then the Dr never showed up so thank god for Iphones..Took pic of my results and scheduled an appointment with a reputable Dr. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE PERIOD!!

ZERO STARS: Horrific place, DONT COME HERE!! They scam Medicaid! This whole place is a scam for money not here for the patients. They overcharge your insurance. They take hours to see you even with an appointment and arent remorseful in the least. If you can find another Dr do it or you WILL be sorry, I am. My kids had fevers for days and we couldnt get seen. The staff is rude and very very slow. It took 3months to get a referral to a specialist. Then my kids hand was broken and they gave me an appointment for the following week??!! Forget the referral for that! GOD HELP ME THIS IS NOTHING BUT TRUTH AND EXPERIENCE! I have no reason to lie, I just want to help others avoid this place.
