This might be one of the worst Doctors that I have every encounterd, but she will trick you into thinking shes very personable. The first time I went to see her I had to wait an hour past my appointment. When she did come to see me she asked tons of questions about my past history and offred some good advice. I forgave the fact that she took so long and figured that it was due to her being so through. The second time I went again I waited an extra hour past my appointment she asked the same questions and it seemed that she never read my chart or had never seen me. Huge waste of time so I could get a refill. She then ordered labs and charged me for another vist which was late again to I could get the results. The last time I went I was sick and needed some meds or something and I also needed a TB test for my job. Again she was late about an hour. I hope your seeing a patern. Again the same questions and then after the test I had to come back and pay for another visit to get my results. I honestly felt like I was being scammed. She told me that I my test was postive and I needed to get Xrays. Ive had several test done in my job and they all look the same. She told me that the other Doctors were wrong and I needed the Xray and she would confirm it that day. I went to get the Xrays and waited for the results. I called her office 3 times that day and the rude receptionist told me they had the rusults but the Doctor had to go over them first. I got my results 3 days later great weekend. The staff are rude the doctor isnt very impressive I would stay away if I were you.

Worst experience EVER!!! Dr was late, office is smelly and old. Staff is rude. I came in ONE TIME for a physical for work, the Dr asked me many questions - which I figured was part of gaining my medical history, until I got the bill. She had coded my office visit incorrectly, and charged me for TWO visits, then charged me AGAIN to come back just to tell me (in person, which is NOT neccessary) that all my labs came back normal. I felt SCAMMED!! She charged me another visit when she could have told me that over the phone. The only time you HAVE to come back is when something is abnormal like you have a disease. Well, when i contacted them back to correct the billing code error made by their office -- they argued with me, then finally said they would correct it (to shut me up) but then never did. I had a $89.00 bill for the office visit that I should not have been charged for, and on top of that, since my coding was incorrect on the original form - it was also incorrect on the forms sent over to Quest Diagnostics for the lab work. Now, I also have $392.47 due from them as well. So, a huge headache and $500.00 in the hole for what should have been a simple, routine 100% covered physical....I would hate to see what would happen if I were REALLY SICK!!! If I were you, I would choose ANYWHERE BUT HERE for your medical needs....seriously. I am still filing appeals to get this off my credit....

This is one of the worst doctors Ive ever subjected myself to. My appointment was at 8:15, but I arrived at 8:10. I was the only patient in the waiting room and only one signed on the clipboard. I specifically asked for an early morning appointment to be the first one seen. Yet, I wasnt seen until 8:48. I was there strictly to get the results of my blood panel and the x-rays for my back pain. She gave me a copy of them both and read them with me. Then tried to tell me what she thought I needed even though she has no experience with orthopedic problems. Her two suggestions were surgery or a life of pain pills. Because as she said, "This is something you will have for the rest of your life." Gee.. ya think? Then after that, she wants to discuss birth control and getting myself fixed. What the heck?? I have no need to discuss this. I only wanted to know about my back results. Her staff is rude as well. Flippant and like the doctor, prone to cutting you off. Dont go there if you want quality care. My first appointment cost me $75 just for a checkup. This second visit (which will be my last) cost me $56 for her to read the paper she handed me a copy of and make me feel like crap.

This is the worst physician I have ever encountered. The office staff is completely unprofessional and uncaring. If you have a negative experience at this doctor primarily not refilling a needed rx (high blood pressure and anti depressants) for over 15 days. Never contacting me that my refills would require me to come pay for another office visit. When calling to check refill status they said oh well you need to come in for a visit and we cant get you in for at least a week. So Im supposed to go off my blood pressure medicine and anti depressants for the better part of a month so they can charge me for an office visit. My neighbor recommended me her doctor, Dr Naik. When I arrived to the Universal Family Practice on January 6th 2017 around 4:30pm I was welcomed by a very cold and unfriendly person at the front desk ! In fact when I came in and politely said :"Hello" she didnt even replied to me! I have a foreign accent and as soon as I talked she looked down on me and told me that they were not taking new patients! By the way she looked at me I knew that there was no point asking anything else. She made me feel like if I had done something wrong or like if I was inferior...you see what I mean ! ....the way some people are when they dont like you because you are not from around!?

I will definitely be switching docs after this. My appt was at 3:15 and its now 5:18. I had some releif when I got into one of the rooms, but only to be sitting here for the remainder of my 2 hours. ** update... its 5:33 and the doctor just saw me in what I thought was a rushed visit where I was being talked over because she needed to see her other patients. I didnt feel that she really cared much for anything other than getting her patients out the door. Also, the staff are just rude and dont seem like they care either. The rating isnt even worth the one star.

Dr. Naik is an excellent doctor. She has been my doctor for 12 years and I can honestly say she I will never leave her. The wait times can be long but you never see people complain because everyone knows she will take her time with you when she sees you. She listens well, gives clear directions, and is patient to answer anything you may need clarified. She saved my life in 2002 and I have referred 3 others that are long term patients like myself. Thank God for great doctors like her.
