I love Dr. Boecker and her PA Crystal, but their office staff is the worst I have ever come across in my lifetime. After years of horrible service from them, this last incident has caused me to pull our entire family out from this practice. I cancelled an appointment as soon as I possibly could, and the office staff stated that they were going to charge me. I advised them that I believed that was ridiculous and if they were going to charge me, please have the office manager call me. The front desk stated, ok. I never received a call, so I assumed they were not going to charge me. I was mistaken. They decided to just send me a bill. In conclusion, if you want your blood pressure to be elevated everytime you deal with the office staff, by all means, become a patient, Im sure they will be more than happy to treat that as well.

The providers at this office are very nice and take the time to listen to all of your concerns. I have been going to them for 3.5 years, and I have always been able to get same day appointments (when me or my kids are sick). I also love that they see adults, so my entire family can see the same providers. Another huge plus for me, is that the office is very clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The only negatives I have ever experienced are a few seemingly unhappy nurses. I typically dont write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since Dr. Boecker currently has a two star rating (from someone who left no comments).

My family and I have all gone to Gruene Medical for the last 6 years and love them! I have never had an issue getting an urgent appointment when necessary which saves me plenty of urgent care copays. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and am often in and out within 15 minutes. I normally see the PA, Dr. Crystal. She is pleasant, helpful and devotes time to talk with you about your concerns. My children have seen Dr. Boecker most of the time, and she has a wonderful disposition with children of all ages. Highly recommend.

Dr. Boecker Is Amazing. Her PA however is pushy and rude. I did not appreciate how she spoke to me when I was there, or when I have received calls from her. I think Dr. Boecker should remind her that she is the primary doctor. We have requested to not see the PA on our trips to see Dr. Boecker from now on.
