Dr. Gupta herself is great. The office staff however, and her Physicians Assistant, Ive had some problems with. I went in with bacterial bronchitis one day, and the P.A. prescribed a bunch of meds and they were never sent to my pharmacy (same one they had been sending to for over a year). I went in the afternoon and was checking out around closing time and the office was clearly rushing to be done with the day. I ended up in the emergency room early the next morning, which could have been prevented had my medicine gone to my pharmacy. Needless to say I switched to a new allergist in Austin, and it took THREE TRIES to get my records sent to the new allergist. I signed in person and gave the correct fax number but it is now 3 months later and the records still have not been sent and I cannot progress in treating my allergies. I understand mistakes happen.. but goodness gracious...

Dr Gupta was very informative and had a strong grasp on her field of expertise. The office staff were very friendly and courteous, and kept our 2 yr old raging toddler busy while the older one was being examined. Check out was straight fwd. You could feel the positive energy amongst the staff and it seemed like a very well managed office. Highly recommend.
