I went to his office and I was charged $70 for nothing. They told me " You need to go to another doctor" and for that sentence I was charged $70. This is truly a rob I paid twice this price and yet they didnt do their job. After I was informed I needed to go to another doctor I specifically asked of one that covers my insurance and I went and got charged $360. I received a call from my insurance saying the doctor wasnt covered at all. I paid $70 so the nurse could tell me "You need a new doctor" and yet lied to me saying my insurance would cover it. I called the office and the manger didnt want to accept what they did or give me my money back.

I am a new patient and really liked Dr. Rodriguez. The page says that he is an OB/GYN but he is a family doctor. I felt very comfortable talking to him about my problems and he was very attentive. He explained his diagnosis and gave me a few statistics as well as thoroughly explained the medication he put me on. I definitely got the vibe that he was listening to everything that I said and very empathetic too. Theres not many doctors like that left. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Just found my new family doctor!

Dr. Rodriguez has been my family Dr., for 10 years, and he has taken care of my parents for almost 20 and now handles my adult daughters health care. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez. He explains things clearly, listens to all my questions, and never makes you feel as hes trying to rush you. He truly take care of his patients with a "whole body/health" perspective. I placed a great deal of trust in him..

If you want all the narcotics you can handle you can get them here without a diagnosis. all they do is heard people in like cows getting labs, taking money and billiing for stuff not actually done. I dont see how this could be legal. and why is there such a turn around in state, did he not tell people he was supposed to be closed for admin purposes while he was in rehab , yes rehab, lies told to everyone

This dr and office will charge you for everything and anything. They did wrong blood test on my husband and he still had to pay for it. Charged me for services that I was not seen for. First time I was in there, I waited in the patient room for almost 2 hours. Dr finally came in and did not even hear what I was saying. I was out of there with in 5 min. They will take your money.

Ive been going to Dr Rodriguez for 27 years. He is the only physician Ill see for my health. I drove from 1996-2012 from Austin to see him. Now Im back in SA and hes 9 minutes away. Great Diagnostician! Takes time to talk with patients and refers when necessary. My family of 9 all see him. I trust him with my life. Great doctor!

Horrible the office staff has no idea what they are doing. They schedule appointments and then dont even know what the appointments are for. I tried to talk to the Doctor and the staff says he will not call me back. I would stay away if you care about your health. This staff does not care about the patients.

My husband and I have been going here for 5 years. I have never met Dr Rodriguez. The office staff are the worst and billing is no better. I get random bills with dates from 5 years ago and they say its over 120 days last due. I call a d they say Im paid up. I have no idea what they are doing.

Dr Rodriguez has been my family practitioner for almost 15 years. Ive always been pleased with him and his office. Everyone there is very nice and the Dr is very knowledgeable and kind. I have referred many friends and family members and will continue to do so.
