This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The receptionsts are rude and unskilled. They take their frustration out on the patients and are very concerned with only their own well being. The doctors do not listen to you at all and have no idea what theyre talking about. They dont take the time to listen to you. They are concerned with only your money and getting you out the door as soon as possible. They should be sued for male practice with how many times theyve messed up on a diagnoses. DO NOT go to this doctors office. It is beyond terrible.

I thought that this doctor was wonderful for the first several years. They can pretty much always get you in same day. HOWEVER, the office ladies are complete scum. They are rude and sour. Maybe because they have been working there too long and they have become too comfortable. The last time I spoke with them I could hardly believe that I was talking to a professional office. Its really not worth dealing with them in order to get to a decent doctor.

Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. Refused to apologize, just said thats life. Left as I was very late to an appointment and he said okay, have a good day. Got a bill 90 days later in the mail for $150. Horrible service, horrible reception, one of the worst doctors Ive ever seen. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE. Absolutely horrible. Only thing worse than Dr. Marchand are the rude, disrespectful receptionists he employs.

Having just moved from Michigan I wanted to find a local doctor. After seeing Dr. Marchand on several occasions I know that I have found my Texas Dr.. He is down to earth and straight forward in his dealing with you both on personal and professional level. His interest during your office visit is your and your problem and he deals with your needs in a manor that is easy for you to understand.

Dr. Marchand is an ouystanding family physician. My experience has been as an adult, but I expect he would be excellent for any age. He is sensitive to expenses and very thorough. He went back on his own after leaving Premier Family physicians saying they were too focused on MONEY. H e prefurs to focus on medical care. My highest recommendation! ! !
