My first (and only, so far) experience with Richfield Dentistry was great! I called yesterday to make an appointment. I told them about the tooth pain I was having. They didnt have any appointments available until today at noon. A few hours later, they called to tell me theyd had a cancellation and could get me in later that afternoon! Having not been to a dentist in years, my teeth needed a lot of help. They didnt give me a hard time at all, just told me they would focus on fixing the pain right away and come up with a plan to get my teeth healthy again. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! They explained everything before they did it and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. They even had a benefits coordinator who called my insurance to verify what they would cover. She then went over a detailed breakdown with me of cost and got a payment plan set up for me. Nothing felt rushed and they werent at all pushy about treatments. It did take longer than Id expected, but that was because besides extracting two problem teeth, they also did x-rays and a full exam and took the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable and they set up and explained a plan to get things back on track. My 3 year old and her dad were waiting for me (after spending most of the time next door at Target) and the staff gave my daughter a balloon to help entertain her.

Is this the same dentist the other reviewers are seeing? Hard to believe. Im on periodontal maintenance and have had 7 visits in the last 2 years. Theyve always been patient in explaining my treatments and options. During my last visit I was shown in my x-rays that I have a cavity ready to break through. There was no pressure to get it drilled-and-filled. It was totally left up to me. I opted for a fluoride treatment and a wait-and-see approach. No pressure. Wonderful finance options. Polite office staff. And Barb, my hygienist, is a treasure. Ive yet to have any deeply invasive procedures at this dentist. Such as fillings and root canals. Other reviewers appear to have had bad experiences with these things. Having worked in customer service, I read these reviews and realize people that have had bad experiences are far more likely to make their complaints known. I hope that other patients that have had positive experiences will take the time and review Richfield Dentistry. Their current rating baffles me.

This is the WORST dentistry I have ever been to. I need to get a cavity filled and they did it and I thought it was all good. A few days later my filling comes out and Im in excruciating pain. When I go to put it back in they tried 3 times!!!! and it fell out every time! While putting me through tons of pain! But thats not all... They finally put my filling in and sent me home. About a week later it comes out again! and I had to go get it put back again... Then after a few more weeks I thought it would be fine, but no, IT FELL OUT AGAIN. I have yet to go back because I hate this place so much... Did they even go to school? They are getting paid hundreds and thousands of dollars to do this? Pathetic, to say the least. DONT GO HERE.

This is the worst dental practice Ive ever been to in my life. My experience has been very similar to what other reviewers have posted in regards to a filling that fell out multiple times, a damaged nerve, thousands of dollars and hours spent in this clinic. My experience even included a brand new dentist who apparently was fired within a week of working on my teeth, and no one could tell me who she was and everyone acted as if she never existed (one week after my seven hour appointment where she filled in two cavities). The people are NICE, but they are completely incompetent. Do NOT go here. There are four other dental offices within two blocks of this place that are better options.

Took my wife here because of excruciating tooth pain. The dentist hurried in and out not allowing her to even ask questions about his proposed treatment but stuck around long enough to call her "this perky young thing". When she asked the finance person to fetch the dentist so she could review her options, the finance person came back with a message from the dentist instead. The only thing they seem to be extracting is money. The good? We received some x-rays for $59 so hopefully that helps bring our costs down when we get a second, more thoughtful and respectful opinion.

I had to get a root canal , suggested by Dr. Hannan. I had to go back 6 times afterwards for "fixes". Dr Hannan stopped seeing me after the 3rd time and pushed me off on his associates. I still have problems with that tooth, and payed a lot of money. He also messed up the crown one time, and gave me a free upgrade to a better crown.... but that was only because of the mess up. So it is like getting a free meal after getting food poisoning. So basically, I would suggest another dentist.

Dr. Perpich is a wonderful dentist who does phenomenal work! Two friends of mine have had their teeth completely re-done and gone from horrible to amazing! I have had the pleasure of having him work on me as well and I am more than satisfied with the results! His facility is full service. Instead of wearing a temporary crown for a week, you can have a permanent crown the same day. Richfield Dentistry is THE PLACE to get dental work done! Bar none!

I have gone in twice, once for a filling and the second time for my cleaning and in depth appointment. Dr. Perpich and Dr. Hannon were both great and I have no complaints. I thought the staff did an amazing job explaining what was going on, going over what insurance covered and what my out of pocket expenses would be if I decided to continue with the work, and just being personable. I would suggest Richfield Dentistry.

Cannot Describe enough on how friendly and knowledgeable staff are, plus they are very affordable. Came in for a triple wisdom teeth pulling, they got me in right way. The surgeon talked me through every step and the whole procedure went without a hitch. She even called me a few hours after the procedure to check up on me after they were closed I will definelty return for future appointments as a regular customer.

I have never felt so informed throughout my dental appointment. My appointment started with a tour of the practice, a quick consultation with the dentist, and x-rays. I then had a cleaning and exam and they explained everything to me as it was being done. I have already made my next appointment for 6 months and recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a great dentist.

I didnt have a great experience with the new dentist I saw there but after letting them know the operations manager apologized and offered me another cleaning with a different more experience dentist. They care about their patients!
