Theyve been really great to me there, staff is very friendly and competent, and theyve been able to quickly accommodate me to follow up on a few random issues and adjust my nightguard. Recently I had some issues with some non cavity hot and cold sensitivity, and they were able to follow up with that and even gave me a referral to a nerve specialist if the issue persists. They even went above and beyond and called me over the weekend and scheduled me in first thing Monday morning to look at it. Same thing over New Years, I chipped a tooth from grinding my teeth at night, and they called me back on a holiday to see how much of an emergency it was, and were able to see me first thing when they reopened and get that taken care of. Just a side note, but I believe that this particular place was acquired from American Dental in the last couple of years. I could be wrong, but I recall that there used to be some different staff, but in the last year or two its been consistently the same people, and theyve been absolutely fantastic every time Ive been in there.

Friendly staff but terrible, low quality work, bordering on malpractice. All the fillings & the "cap", which was really just a fake tooth formed with filling material, all fell out or broke off just 2wks to 3 months later. They shouldve done a root canal but instead just drilled the tooth down (leaving some of the cavity & infection) & put a "cap" on it. Of course the infection returned big time just a short time later & I spent the day in hospital on IV antibiotics. Hospital said I have to go back to same dentist to have it fixed because no other dentist will be willing to work on what looks to be malpractice. And so now, the office is only open 1 DAY A WEEK! Im stuck waiting days for an emergency! Dont go to this place!

I came in for my appointment like most people do, but I came in a little early because my husband and I only have one car. They were in the middle of a meeting and literally told me to go outside and wait. This is the worst place to ever go. Not to mention they tried charging me over $400 for 2 cavities to be filled. Thankfully I sent it to my insurance first and now Im only paying $57. This place is a terrible place to go and I would NOT recommend this for anyone.

Great staff! Very courteous and friendly! Amber who did a deep cleaning was very good. She was caring about any discomfort and efficient with the cleaning. I am happy to hear that she will be around this office for awhile! Good to see also that the staff will be remaining the same. Each time I have visited, the staff was different. Shout out to front desk Beverly! Very efficient! Will be going back!

Great service and super friendly staff! I am so happy with the new staff that is there now. They showed compassion and were very caring about my teeth. I have a fear of the dentist and Dr. Emery was so sweet and understanding of that! The hygienist, Amber, was eager and willing to teach me new things that I had never heard before. Thank you guys so much for the great care!

My family absolutely love Great Expressions Hilliard location. The receptionists, dentists and all the staff are kind, sweet and very accommodating. My daughter had to go there 2 weeks for fillings and each time the staff was very nice! I said well, were family now!
