BEWARE OF THIS MONEY HUNGRY BUSINESS! I went here for a cleaning and check up. The dentist told me that I have a gum disease and that my teeth will have to all be pulled the same day. She told me I would have to return around lunch time to have all my teeth removed and have a mold made for some dentures. She was rushing me and told me I would have to make my decision today or else I would no longer be covered on Medicaid because Medicaids coverage changes so often. I refused because this is a huge decision to make (to be toothless) and I wanted a second opinion. I received a second opinion from a different dentist and all I need are a couple root canals. I still have my teeth and Im so thankful that I did not make the rash decision to have all my teeth pulled. I would never send anyone to Aspen Dental, all they care about is your money, to them you are not a person, just a walking money bag. They will take your money any way they can, even if it means pulling all of your teeth and getting dentures! In short, they wanted to pull all my teeth so they could collect more money on dentures. I received a second opinion elsewhere and all I need are root canals!

Wow I have never been to a more a nicer place of business! Not only was the facility clean but the staff was AMAZING!!!! Thank you all so much!! Dr. Altoyib, Da: Dima, Hygienist: Becky, Office Manager: Kayla, thank you all for making me feel so welcomed & comfortable. Kayla was full of smiles greeting me at the desk as well as Dima taking me back for X-rays. The whole staff thoroughly explained everything to me from x-rays, exams, procedures & finances. I couldnt seem to find a time that would work for me to come back with my work schedule & Dr. Altoyib came out of nowhere to make sure she found something that was perfect for me. My whole experience was terrific & I recommend this place to everyone. I walked into my first visit & had a whole lot of work that needed to be done & they were able to take care of all of it in 1 day, thank you Becky for all the hard work on my mouth! Thank you Livonia Aspen Dental! A fun, bright spirit & bright smiles staff!! 5stars, 5stars, 5stars!!!! May the Lord bless each & every one of you!!

This office people are very nice, when they made a mistake they tried to make it up for you. The issue is frustration and aggravation feelings hurt. I think their work procedure needed to improve to double check their work to make sure what they try to do is correctly. Quality is job one should be in their mind. In addition, their doctors and assistants need to be sensitive with patients feeling, doctors and assistants need to constantly check with patents to make sure their patients are not in pain or discomfort if they are in pain or discomfort then help the patients to reduce their discomfort. This is a common sense, and it is a must procedure. 7/14/2017, my husband finished his denture today at Livonia office, an assistant named Kyla was very good at solving customer issues. good working attitude at all times. The frustration and aggravation all went away, thank you, Kyla and all the office staffs, doctors for making the fear of having denture much easier.

every one was very pleasent but i went with no insur. was told exam was free at the end was charged 77.00 i really didnt have i was told it was not complete exam after a very exausting xrays which seemed complete it seems i only got a trouble area exam i was not told it was not the free one i wasent given i choice. did not know it was more then i exam i could get . it was a real strain for thaty money out of the blue i was prepared for prices and payment play if feasable not cash outright . be more clear on your type of make belive free eazam but at my age i clearly should have know no free lunch its not as good as it sounds completely crushed me on a lot of levels as a senior citizen a out right senior plan would have been better 77.00 unexpected dollars from grocerys was a weeks shortage or more . it did state FREE.

Very good office and the front desk girl is awesome also the kyla the girl who took the xray is great. But the dentist Victoria was very rude and rushed through everything. Then she told me I need a filling all my teeth and told me I need to spend 5k to get my teeth in order. I was then rushed to the front desk where they applied for a credit on behalf on me and got me approved. So I told I will be back and rather take a second opinion then spend 5k . I went to my other dentist he told me I only need couple of fillings and 2 wisdom teeth extraction and with my insurance it was like $500 . so be careful dont fall into this trap run by dentist .

Ive only just started on my journey back to my smile so there is only so much I can say. The staff is friendly and efficiently professional. I have a dentist phobia and was put at ease by everyone I encountered. I was smiling inside when I left, not quite as terrified for my upcoming visit this week. The practice is clean and well kept. Babysteps are best for me and they took that into account. Ill be able to review more thoroughly after everything is completed. Thank you Apen Dental Livonia..Im glad I didnt let the bad reviews Id read keep me away! I always read reviews before I walk into any situation as a consumer.

My experience with the dr. Was good she gave me a plan of everything that needed to be done and were moving forward and getting to work finished. However the receptionist upon my arrival ask me to put my social security number on a piece of paper along with my birth date as I did she laid it down and exposed my personal information to everyone in the office it was not appreciated so of course you know I brought that to her attention she did apologize but it was already done one thing I do know for sure once you are a victim of identity theft no words can explain Im sorry doesnt quite do it

The staff was professional and very informative. The appointment time ran over about 30 mins before I was taken in. The support staff and dentist thoroughly reviewed my xrays to provide next steps including preventive maintenance. The xray machine had a mouth guard that was difficult to use. My son was there to evaluate his wisdom teeth and if there would be issues by leaving them in with crowding and potential nerve damage. They confirmed the lower wisdoms should be removed and we could monitor the uppers every 6 months. Overall service was very professional and good.

First experience was great clean and staff was nice and caring. Second time I went I went just to get a copy of x-ray to go to another dentist to get wisdom teeth extracted because they werent able to give me the medicine to knock me out. They took 30 mins to give me a copy. Their excuse was the x-ray machine was being used but four people went to the back before I got my copy. They purposely had me waiting smh causing me to miss my dentist appointment at another facility having to reschedule. I had taking off work and it was all for nothing.
