My visit was nothing short of wonderful as I expected of course. Very good experience!!! I recently changed my dental provider a little over a year ago and chose this one, here you dont feel like a number or just dollar sign. Dr. Thomas and her staff actually treat each and every one of their patients like family and with much individuality, they actually take the time out to thoroughly examine your teeth and work with you to improve your oral health and their planning of success for my oral health is like nothing Ive ever seen before guys, SERIOUSLY !!! They actually remember exactly what your last visit consisted of and what care you shouldve been taking as well , and they even follow up with you between the course of appointments to make sure your following proper instructions for your dental hygiene and to answer ANY questions you might have. If youre looking for a dentist who wont treat you like a number and actually gives you piece of mind that they truly care about your oral health then this is the office. TRUST ME !!! Dr.Thomas and her staff are the team for the job. Thanks for again for yet another fun, healthy, and successful visit guys!!!

By FAR the BEST Dental Office and Team ever !!! For starters theyre extremely patient and friendly. My teeth were not in the best condition seeing as how I havent been to the dentist in god knows how long, however unlike most dental offices these guys didnt make feel uncomfortable because of the condition of my teeth. After about a month or so my hygiene, discoloration, taste, biting, and smoothness of my teeth improved EXTREMELY , thanks to Karen and her deep cleaning !!! Dr. Thomas is young and really cool. Also if your worried financially about your visit dont be because Dr. Thomass office manager Rebecca will work with you every step of the way. I enjoy visiting these guys every time I have an appointment, and look forward to building a long fun relationship with Dr. Thomas and her team !!! GOOD JOB GUYS !!!

I was referred to Dr. Thomas by one of her current patients. She described them as extremely friendly and professional. I can truly say that is 100% true! I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. Karen, my dental hygienist gave me a thorough examination and cleaning. She was very accommodating and attentive! Quite possibly one of the best cleanings ever! Shelby and Dr. Thomas followed up my exam by fixing my chipped front tooth to perfection! Finally, the Office Manager closed out my appointment by providing me with an prioritized and itemized treatment plan with cost estimates and payment options. The friendliness & professionalism in this office is Grade A, and I couldnt be happier to be a new patient! FIVE STARS all the way :-)!

Dr. Thomas and staff do a great job at making you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. The office is clean and they offer tvs at every station, which is a great distraction. The entire team works to make sure you understand whats going on and that the whole time it is as pain free as possible. For children they go over and above making them relaxed and feel special. They have three cartoon channels to pick from, a goodie bag to pick a prize, and children who are cavity free can even enter into a fun prize raffle. I am glad I we chose them to be our dentist office and appreciate how much they care about their patients and the extra time they take to make you feel relaxed and important.

Today was my first time attending, Susan Thomas, DDS, Dental Office. I have to say that I was very pleased. Its always a struggle trying to find the right Dentist that will take the time to walk you through different procedures and recommendations that you need for your overall oral health. Susan Thomas and her team did just that, they were not only welcoming when you first walk in, but they took the time to ask how you are doing throughout your visit. They inform you on the different tools, techniques, and products that are recommended for your teeth, before starting a procedure or for future procedures. I really like them here, they are fun group to be around. Thanks Dr. Susan and your Team!

My children, fiance and myself have been patients of Dr. Thomas for the last year. We are so happy with Dr. Thomas and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It is so hard to find a good dentist that truly cares about your teeth. I was without insurance for a bit and when my insurance became effective, I was nervous to go to dentist. I made an appointment with Dr Thomas to get a cleaning and have a painful tooth looked at. Karen was amazing explaining everything to be before and during everything. Dr Thomas was able to get me set up and make a plan to get me on track. The whole office is very friendly. My daughter goes here as well and they are great with her as well. Thank you guys for all you do and the attention you give to everyone. Truly like family.

I have been going to this dentist office for years! The ladies here are very friendly and really seem to remember myself and my family each visit. They are all very good at what they do. I would definately recommend this dental office to anybody in the area. Ive moved a couple of times over the past few years and continue to make the drive to this dental office regardless of the distance because of the spactular customer service and exceptional teeth cleaning!

I was in the chair today and proclaimed sincerely: "i hate going to the dentist.... but i LOVE coming there!!" these ladies are sweet people... they care, they listen, they share, and each member of the team, led by Dr. Amato, does an excellent job!!!! every time i leave the office, i am smiling.... not just because its over with and i neednt return for six months... but because i know im in the good hands of SMILES.

I took my daughter (2 years old) to Dr. Thomas for her first dentist appointment. Dr. Thomas and her staff were great, my daughter felt comfortable and enjoyed the dentist! She spoke about her sparkly teeth and looks forward to her next visit. The office was clean and welcoming to both children and adults. We received a kind welcome letter after our visit. I am usually terrified to go see a dentist, but not Dr. Thomas! She has the most gentle touch and makes you feel so comfortable. My experience has been wonderful every time. I like that there is practically no waiting time. The staff is very professional and super friendly! Flexible scheduling. The ambiance with flat screen tvs are a definite plus :) Highly recommended!!
