Went here once never again... They try to make up treatments and unnecessary procedures like telling a 24 yr old he has to get a 500 dollar treatment to avoid periodontis. Ive had perfect gums/teeth my whole life and floss and brush daily. After 2 other consultations with private practice dentists they laughed and were appalled that a place like this is still in business. Biggest Ripoff! And they will try to add on charges for other things that arent covered by your insurance. Tried to get me to replace fillings that were in the back molars of my mouth that noone could see but they tried to convince me to switch them to porcelain. If you want to get ripped off and pay unnecessary charges out of pocket then go here! Otherwise avoid it like the plague! Might I add I did not have a dentist check me the entire time either instead I was brushed off by one of the assistants.

We made an appt for 2 of my children and myself to get cleaned and check for any work that may need to be done. Making the appt was ok, and then I read the reviiews below. I was definitly on guard during the kids appt. Our experience wasnt bad, however, I may have misunderstood our scheduling. I had intended to get the kids teeth cleaned, but went in for just an exam. So the first visit was just an exam. Then had to make another appt for the cleaning and another appt for my son to get his teeth worked on. Thats 3 appts that will be absences from school, which I tried to minimize. It was later I found out that cleaning was further out due to hygenist is always booked, but the appt for the exam was very immediate. So far, its been ok.

I have really only ever had one bad experience with a dentist. This one was it. The doctor is clumsy. The assistants are horribly inexperienced. They could not get my crowns correct, even after several extra visits. Three months later, I am still having pain and discomfort. I wil have to pay a good dentist to fix the work this one did. After they assured me my account was settled, I told them I would not be coming back. A few weeks later, they sent me another bill. Then the "lady" who controls billing accused my wife of saying my experience was bad, because we did not want to pay. There are plenty of other dentists. Do not risk you teeth with this place.

LOUSY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to have a top wisdom tooth pulled after having emergency dental work (bottom wisdom tooth on same side of mouth) done a week ago elsewhere. As such, I had a good basis for comparison. My first dentist was very comforting throughout the process and made it as easy as having a tooth pulled can be. Afterward, he gave me Vicodin for the pain and Penicillin to prevent infection. When I came to Monarch, the dentist didnt have the proper tools ready, didnt numb my mouth all the way, didnt stop when I said it hurt, and then told me to "just use Advil" for the excruciating pain I was feeling afterward. HORRIBLE DENTIST!!!!

My daughter was under the care of Dr. Edwards for orthodontist treatments. She was originally advised of a timeframe of 18 months for everything you be complete, however, her treatment was actually extended to nearly 24 months, but was well worth the additional time. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of her orthodontics. My daughter is no longer embarrassed to smile due to spaces between her teeth. She now has a gorgeous smile that were all proud all. Im so grateful to Dr. Edwards for his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding service during our tenure with him. I would definitely recommend his services for your orthodontic needs.

The dentist was excellent. There was not a long wait at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend this dentist for everyone. The assistant was extremely gentle while performing my exam. The dentist was extremely nice and knowledgeable . They also answered all of my questions and concerns. I even had a great experience in the billing department. The prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. The customer service at this place is phenomenal. Thank you Monarch Dental

I actually never had an appointment. This was a referral that took seven (7) phone calls to determine that they didnt take my insurance. The final call was to tell me this at 12:23pm for a 1:30pm appointment. If they run their office like this, what sort of "skills" exist with the professionals. I wouldnt take my dog there. Additionally I got a call the day of the appointment to tell me that the appointment would have to be cancelled because the periodontist would not be there that day. Huh? My appointment was for a general dentist.

I have needed braces since I was a child. Unfortunately my parents couldnt afford them. As an adult, I finally decided to do something about it. The financing options made the treatment affordable and stress free. Dr. Edwards and his team are truly top notch. I always felt well taken care of and informed. The location is convenient to my home and kept very clean. I am super happy with my results, my only regret is that I didnt do this when I was younger. I highly recommend this orthodontic team. Im over the moon excited about my new smile!

Do not go to this Monarch Dental. They cancelled an appointment, because the hygienist was not available. When we came to our rescheduled appointment, they did not know how to verify our insurance. We ended up losing our appointment that day only to reschedule again the following day when they finally were able to verify our insurance. Just received a call to have our 2nd rescheduled appointment to be ...you guessed it...rescheduled, because the...you guessed it... hygienist was not available AGAIN... What a joke!!!

Ortho was amazing, just got my braces off!! Jennifer the office Manager and Dr. Edwards were amazing along with all the other staff and hygienists. They made my experience stress and care free and very comfortable. Dr.Edwards always knew who I was and was very easy to talk with and I have since referred others to Monarch as well! You cant beat their customer service or their professionalism!!! Youd be doing yourself a disservice if you went anywhere else!

Dr. Edwards and his Orthodontics Team are PHENOMENAL!!! They are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, thorough, and flexible! Theyve treated two of my kiddos, and we love their treatment progression results. We are always greeted with a smile, and they know each of my kiddos by name immediately upon walking in. I definitely recommend Dr. Edwards and his Ortho Team. They rock!!!

I was disappointed. The office manager said they see kids (my child is 6) but they dont have x-ray bites that are child-sized and the lead apron was adult sized and not adjustable. They were unable to take x-rays and thus unable to examine my child. Do not trust them when they say they are kid-friendly, they arent.

Nobody goes to the dentist hoping to return before the next six months, but sadly weve had to spend more time and money at the dentist office lately. The silver lining is that Dee is one of the most compassionate and empathic ladies I know. She makes everything ok. And we love Tran, our hygienist.
