They broke my permanent retainer I have behind my lower teeth off during the cleaning, I got a thin wire put in as a replacement with what seemed like mountains of cement on each tooth holding the wire in place. They told me Im my other wire was barely hanging in there (not true). I went there no more than 2 weeks ago, brushed my teeth this morning and the entire wire came detached from all but one tooth. Now Im having to miss work and go to my orthodontist who should have been the only one in the first place doing anything with my permanent retainer. Wasted my time completely. Update: My orthodontist was very upset by the work he saw done to my lower permanent retainer. What the dentist and hygenist did regluing (incorrectly and very poorly) was beyond unprofessional and unethical. Though they didnt charge me for it, I would have preferred honesty and ethical practice, advising me to go to my orthodontist to have it reglued by the professional who has the credentials, and professional experience in doing this type of work. I will not be going back to this office. They tried to "pull a fast one" on me instead of being professional advising me to go back to my orthodontist to have it fixed professionally. Im disappointed and have lost trust in "good reviews" There was absolutely no reason for the dentist and hygenist to cover their asses. I would have not minded making a separate appointment with my orthodontist, its the fact that they did it knowing it was not their business doing this type of work. I have an amazing orthodontist Chris sorokolit in Fort Worth who put in my lower permanent retainer, and positioned it in the proper place. AND it doesnt feel like I have ANY mountains of glue holding it in place. AND he didnt charge me. I love my orthodontist! Check him out if youre in search of a great orthodontist. :) Avoid this place if you have a lower permanent retainer and dont want it to come loose and be reglued on terribly and unprofessionally. Its not ethical provinding awful services to people when you dont have the credentials or professional experience in providing that said service.

Dr. Lowe, Hope, Veronica & Brittany were all great! From the moment I walked in Brittany made me feel welcomed. She helped me with all my paper work and made sure I was comfortable! SHE EVEN MADE ME COFFEE AND CHANGED THE TV TO WHAT I WANTED TO WATCH!!!!! I was nervous and she could tell, I also mentioned to her I do not like coming to the dentist so she made sure to check on me in the process. The moment Hope called me back she gave me a great tour of the office. never have I ever had a tour of a dental office I thought that was great. It gets kind of embarrassing when you have to stop during your visit and ask where the restroom is then of course everyone knows what youre going to go do. Hope was extremely friendly and made me aware of everything that was going to happen next. Veronica was also helping and she had such a grate bubbly personality. They all made me feel warm when I was in the back && THEY STILL LET ME WATCH WHAT I WANTED TO IN THE BACK TOTALLY AWESOME it sure kept my mind off things. They were both extremely fast taking xrays and preparing me for my visit with Dr.Lowe. Now when Dr.Lowe came in she was super amazing. She introduced her self ask me a few questions regarding my visit and she actually seemed concerned. She made me feel as if she was very interested to what my concerns were as well as getting to know me a little bit. It didnt seem like most offices their just money hungry and what to get whatever they think may be wrong with you done. Dr.Lowe even mentioned a few things to me that at this point were necessary to get done she just wanted to keep a watch out for them. Overall I was extremely happy and pleased with everyone in the office I most definitely be referring everyone I know here. They even see kids so I scheduled my daughters to be seen here. Thank you so much for making my visit awesome!!! I cant wait to come back!

I came here for the first time after moving to the area bc they were in network on my insurance. They told me that I had a mouth full of cavities. Nearly every tooth has big dollar multiple surface cavities and I needed multiple root canals. I havent had a single cavity in over 15 years and go to the dentist... What??? When I asked the dentist, she became defensive and was rude and rough with my teeth. (Note: I like going to the dentist and have never had a bad dental experience in my life prior to this) So I saw Anderson Dentistry off 26 offered free 2nd opinion, so I checked them out. They advised that I only had a few small cavities... They absolute advised NOT considering any root canals. The amount of work they suggested was a fraction of Ideal Dentist. This is after they conducted free xrays (the quality at the other dentist was poor) and an extensive evaluation. I am having all my work done there now. So far, its been fantastic. The dental hygienists are great and thorough. Dr. Anderson is a rock star, professional. He gave a great comprehensive exam and amazing advice. I even went to a third dentist for a 3rd opinion since Dr. Anderson differed so much from Ideal dentistry They agreed with Dr. Andersons off. AVOID IDEAL DENTISTRY... Money mill that looks nice and has lots of bells/whistles but they want money more your long term dental health! Dr. Anderson and his staff are honest, professional and helps coordinate your insurance. Thanks Dr. Kipton Anderson!!

I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Kaur and her staff! I called right at closing time on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for Friday morning. The hygienist Hope was amazing and took time to explain all my X-rays to me and prepare me for what Dr. Kaur would want to discuss. I have had awful experiences in the past with dentists being very impatient with my fear of dental work, but Dr. Kaur and her staff were amazingly patient. I had to get a tooth extracted that day and the staff made sure I was totally comfortable, they listened when I signaled that I was feeling pain and Ive never been more happy with how I was treated. If you experience high anxiety when going to the dentist I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kaur and her staff. I have not been to the dentist in a long time and was not looking forward to the typical "You should have been going every 6 months" speech. That didnt happen this time, Hope explained to me that no matter how bad your teeth are there is always a way to fix it and I am actually looking forward to returning to her office to continue my dental treatment!

Great experience all the way around. I had a minor dental emergency and the Ideal Dental team got me in to see the dentist the very next morning. Everyone was so responsive and personable. Their quick response and extra effort were commendable. They took the time to explain my options, made several phone calls on my behalf and got me to an orthodontic surgeon the same day. Within hours, my dental issue was resolved and I was on my way home. Considering, I did not have an appointment and none of this was planned, I was amazed to have everyone work so hard to help me. The team work of Dr. Kaur, Hope, Lisa and even the Regional Manager, Steve, was outstanding and I know they will continue to do what they can to take very good care of me and my family. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to identify a dental team they can trust for routine and emergency dental care for everyone in the family.
