Dr. Pham is absolutely AMAZING! I received a thorough exam on my first visit, Dr. Pham answered all of my questions without rushing me out of the office like other dentists have done in the past..His office staff was extremely kind to me & made me feel like I really mattered as a patient.. I dont have insurance so I was worried about the cost of the procedure.. By the time I left the dentist chair & walked to the front office the young ladies had already printed out a price plan for me, explaining everything to me.. My tooth was hurting me for so long, I was turned down for a root canal by three other dentists because they werent sure if theyd be able to complete it.. Dr. Pham was honest with me from the beginning & he told me he would attempt the difficult root canal.. He put me on antibiotics & scheduled my next appointment at my convenience.. The day of my appointment I was a bit nervous since I didnt know what the outcome would be.. I received my very first deep cleaning which was a wonderful experience! Dr. Pham then proceeded with my root canal explaining every step of the way.. He was able to locate all three canals & completed the root canal in no time! I chose not to receive laughing gas (my other dentist forced me to use it once & I had a panic attack, Dr. Pham lets YOU decide if you want it or not) I was very calm throughout the procedure, I trusted Dr. Pham completely.. I have an appointment to finish the bridge in a couple of weeks & Im very excited to receive a new mouth! Ive had so many unpleasant experiences with dentists since I was a child (Im now 38) & Dr. Pham is hands down the best dentist out there.. He doesnt just treat you as "a patient" he is genuine & treats you as a human being.. Vanessa was the DA for my first visit, she took all my x-rays & was very helpful explaining everything to me.. Rosy & Alyssa were the DAs on my second visit, they were extremely professional when assisting the doctor & they were very very kind to me, always asking me if Im ok & checking on me during the entire visit.. Ximena was the young lady at the front desk who explained the cost to me & scheduled my next appointment, she is a very sweet person.. Dr. Pham & his entire staff treated me as if I were their family member.. Im so happy that I found a new dental family who I trust completely.. I highly recommend Dr. Pham as your new dentist :)

Ive been a patient here for almost 3 years, but I recently had to bring my child in for dental work for a few cavities. I immediately began to FREAK OUT when they said theyd have to use local anesthesia by way of the dreaded shot in the gums and a drill to get the cavity out. They also said my child would need silver caps on two of the molars. I was a wreak, but they assured me it would be fine. First of all, Carolina is AMAZING with children. She described each of the dental tools to my child in terms that kids understand like saying the drill was a whistle, and she even let my child play with the suction straw to reassure that it wouldnt hurt when they needed to use it. When the procedure started, Dr. Pham was also a ROCK STAR! He was patient and encouraging with my child and commented on what a great job my kid was doing. My child never flinched and never cried. It might have been the fact that they turned on a kids cartoon on the tv that was mounted on the wall in the exam room, but in the end it was a happy experience at the dentist. They, of course, gave a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss, but they also gave my child some toys (friendship bracelet, bouncy ball, spinner, etc.), as well as some stickers. It was a great experience, and Im truly thankful for them! Oh! They also didnt do the silver caps this time because I was SO freaked out about how they would look in my childs mouth. They filled the teeth with a white filling and said theyd watch it over the next few weeks. If we didnt have any issues, there would be no need for the cap. It also lowered the price tremendously!

The girls up front are rude, annoying, and lazy at times because ive had parts to complete my dental work sitting there and they would tell me its not there but if i call and request to speak with a specific person (wont tell her name.) she get up and go look and BAM all of a sudden its there. That is the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars. Dr. Pham has been in our lives for almost 6 years, this man is a great dentist, a great listener (for me.) has a warm personality and most importantly he makes sure you are doing okay all the way around the board. I recommend him to any and everyone I know thats in need of a dentist! I read a review that said they are expensive or quoted a different price or something. I have had payment plans on as little as 100 bucks, dr pham has worked with me and my family to make it fit our budget. Its clean here, the restrooms are never nasty, and the counters are always nice. Now i wont lie one day i went in and they were playing music i dont care for in the main lobby but they havent had it on but that one time (Thank God.) i enjoy the music in the rooms but wish they had the remotes sometimes but thats not a deal breaker for me. The dental assistance are awesome but 2 favs are pearla and vanessa. Love those two ladies and they all love us.

The employees at abc 123 dental are very friendly and made me fill very comfortable every person you walked by greeted you with a smile ... And it was very clean and nice .... One thing I did not understand was price I was sent to them though 211/ food stamp office was told they go off of income they dont they give you a discount if you found out though 211 about them but do not go off income price for my teeth extraction $182. / reg. $349 crown with everything thats gos with it one tooth $1600. / reg.$1996. Total treatment plan for my teeth $7500. / reg. $9500. so not a great discount though 211 but of course this is a treatment plan so will have to do one thing at a time bc I do not have Insurance..... Just wish I could have got more information over the phone before making an hr drive to the appointment I know they cant give me a price on what each tooth cost ect. But with I would have know. If they went off of income or not ...... But even so they are a very good place and with no insurance the price is not that bad hope this helps : )

The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. I found this office online and decided to book an appointment. I gave them my information and every thing was settled. The day that I came in, they said that theyve never received a call from me and that the number that I called is not their offices number. At first, they tried to be helpful by filling my family in an empty spot on their schedule but still keep the negative attitude toward us from when we came in. They also offer you a FREE LASER WHITENING TREATMENT which cost $275 dollars after you do all your routine cleaning, x-ray, and exam. But WATCH OUT!!!!! It sounds like a pretty good deal but you gotta be careful, theres ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FREE IN THIS WORLD. Theyll make you use lots of their services and make your bill go as high as possible so that they could earn those $275 LASER WHITENING back. I dont know about the dentists but their receptionists treated us like trashes. Again, dont go to this place! Find a place that theyll respect you. Such a scam!
