TL;DR version: Great dentist. I dont like dentists but, I actually enjoy my visits to this office. Full: It recently occurred to me that as an adult, I should be going to the dentist several times a year. Ive never had problems with my teeth and it was never a focus growing up (I went to the dentist twice as a child that I can remember), so I always viewed the dentist as more of a reactionary solution than a preventative. Dr. Bradley and his (entire) staff are very friendly and inviting. Rather than being critical of my not having made regular visits to the dentist before, they made me feel very welcome, complimented my oral genetics (I apparently have very resilient teeth for someone who has scarcely been to a dentist) and went about their way with a routine cleaning and scheduled a follow up cavity filling. Dr. Bradley and his oral hygienist both are very good about explaining what they are doing as they are doing it. This is good. Because I have a very curious mind so I didnt feel the need to gargle and blink questions at them the entire time. Although I tried. Once. I didnt know what to expect from the experience; Ive never had a cavity filled before (Dr. Bradley conveyed a sense of honor in being the first to tamper with my teeth). The whole experience was nothing short of pleasant. Like sitting back and having a conversation. You know....except someone has their hand in your mouth. The wait was a little long. Something that I though would go unabated like it always seems to and afterwards, youre stuck wondering what the heck the point of an appointment is if you just have to wait. But again, they did not disappoint. The whole staff was very apologetic and sure to explain that they strive to ensure that their patients are seen at their proper appointment times. I would have been content with the simple apology and recognition of my wait (I am a reasonable person and I understand that in the real world, things can sometimes arise that are out of your immediate control). But they left me with their sincere apologies, a small gift card to Starbucks and a more than necessary bill credit to alleviate the ache in my posterior which had to endure the padded lobby chair for a few minutes. And before I left, they wished my dog a happy birthday because apparently when I made the appointment, I had mentioned it coincided with his birthday and they just remember things like that. I bet theyre all pretty good at those card games where you have to match the pairs. But I digress. So heres the deal: It takes a lot of trust to let someone go spelunking in your face cavern. Dr. Bradley and his staff have absolutely earned that. If one day they told me that the exam had to be performed in the buff, I might give them a strange look but, ultimately, they have my confidence and I would comply. Im planning a job change in the coming months. I dont care if Dr. Bradley is in or out of my network, I will make a point of continuing to visit his office exclusively. If you do not like this dentist office, theres a very good chance that youre on the terrorist watch list.

Having lost my awesome dentist of 28 years, I found Dr. Bradley with much research. The office staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone. I explained that my husband had recently passed away and I no longer had insurance and limited funds and wanted to get the cavaties filled on the same visit to save money. My first two visits were great, Dr. Bradley was so nice. My third visit was a nightmare. His staff scheduled an emergency root canal at the same time of my appointment so he was running between the two of us patients. He drilled two of my teeth but did not fill them. I noticed as soon as I got home, called and his office staff was very rude, called me a liar. Said he wouldnt make a mistake like that. I offered to drive straight back but they refused and said they would talk to Dr. Bradley and call me back. They never did and over the next two months would not accept my calls. They also charged me more then they quoted, did not fill the cavaties up front like I requested and now I am left with two huge gaps where he drilled. I am very disappointed with Dr. Bradley. I dont know if his staff decided to handle this situation on their own or if this was his resolve. Doctors make mistakes just like everyone else. He did not acknowledge this professionally or in an ethical way. But he got his money, right?

Dr. Bradley has been my dentist for 7 years and I HIGHLY recommend him. His prices are incredibly fair. I don’t have dental insurance and he’s very affordable. He never does things/procedures that aren’t necessary. For example, I wanted my teeth whitened. Dr. Bradley suggested I try Crest strips first. My last dentist would jump at any chance to make a dollar. Dr. Bradley and his staff are on time. I’ve never sat in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. Honestly, its only 10 minutes when I arrive at exactly my appointment time and have to fill out paperwork. His techs are friendly and great. All my teeth cleaning experiences have been wonderful. They are gentle and always ask how you’re doing. He genuinely cares for his patients. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and was quite nervous about the procedure. I had opted out of the nitrous oxide because, again, no dental insurance. He could tell how nervous I was and gave it to me free of charge just to ease my nerves. That’s just one example. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bradley and his staff. If you are looking for a different dentist give Dr. Bradley a try.

I had a root canal/crown procedure today, and I am thrilled to report it was a positive, professional, painfree experience. What a nice change from my last dental fiasco. I am an admitted "dental chicken" so was extremely nervous and apprehensive about this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley, his staff, and his well-run office and appreciate the care, concern, and treatment I was provided.

I love the location and its a quaint office - the staff is polite; the call reminder about your appointment coming up is always helpful and youll enjoy the hygenists. I strongly recommend this practice; they arent there to rip you off, but rather, ensure an enjoyable experience and your teeth look good. Highly recommended.

They did a decent job but when it came to payment, I started paying less due to loss in child support. They do notice and agree they will just take said amount out. But instead they decide they will take WHATEVER amount theyd like out of MY bank account. I do NOT recommend them.

I am not a fan of dentist, have had a lot problems in the past. Dr. Bradley is great, very accommodating (even when youre a chicken). The office staff - extremely pleasant to deal with and his assistants are awesome too. Never had a problem there, and refer friends and family.

Ive been a patient of Dr Bradley for 20+ years and he is an excellent dentist and an even better person. Ive moved further away from his office but cant imagine changing so I make continue making the trip.
