In November 2016 I was rushed to the ER at MTH. Diagnosis was sepsis. Released by Dr. Mar Murnin within a week. Out for 1 1/2 days. Collapsed at Wayne Memorial while with my friend was finalizing paperwork for his mothers imminent passing. She passed at 7am the next morning and I was back in the ambulance in worse shape than the first time 5pm that night. Had to have the life support ambulance follow us and had to stop along RT. 84 for them to stabilize me. Endless testing with Dr Murnin INSISTING sepsi was due to my Crohns. My team f GO doctors repeatedly told sepsis was NOT the cause. After 2 weeks my specialist (many!) told him and I that I should be sent to Danville. This was also the advice from my nurses whos opinions I took very seriously. Murnin refused to send me and kept repeating tests that were already done. Released myself after a month. Check up time with him and said you just need more rest. Second check up, he blamed my PTSD. I did research on my own as to why I couldnt walk, entire body shakes, dizziness, extreme fatigue and so many other symptoms. I researched on my own and found out that it can take 12-18 months for you to recover and still might not have full capacity. Dr. Mark Murnin INSISTING on BLOWING off my concerns and actually got angry when I questioned his answers and/or suggestions. I have now found a Dr that hit on my issues within 5 minutes. DO NOT TRUST DR.. MARK MURNIN.!!! He does not like to deal with informed patients and belittles you if you question his answers. If I am ever in the hospital again I will not let him in my room. Oh, and after 2 weeks I said to him "wow, I didnt think I was going to make it" he said "we didnt either" but he never informed my friend that it might be a good idea to have my family informed of such a fire diagnosis.

doesnt listen to family. family is destroyed. gave my wife an SSRI Citalopram, i told him over the course of a month about her increasing bizarre actions and he did nothing, now im getting divorced and my kids are scared of her. he didnt stop this med even though the black box warning says for families to monitor. this literally destroyed me and my kids life. all he had to do was stop the med. beware of Dr Murnin. my wife no is a shell of who she was.

The entire staff is extremely professional and the doctor always takes you serious... If a test can be done to eliminate worries or suspicion its never a second thought..If you are having an emergency they will fit you in and they most of the time call you themselves with any results or discuss concerns.. A true family doctor..

Dr. Mark Murnin is always there when you need him. He listens, listens some more, accesses,and then plans with you. I am blessed to have found him!
