If I could give this place a zero score I would. The doctors are great, if you ever can see them. When I came down with a severe illness, I tried to come in to see them, but they were all booked up and told me to come in the next day (I called at 9 am mind you). I ended up having to go to an urgent care and pay outrageous prices cause my insurance doesnt cover them. Another time I wanted a physical (had to schedule 8 months out). And my latest fiasco, which has also occurred before, I called for a non illness issue (at 11 am), and I was told they were booked up. "Can I schedule an appointment tomorrow?" No, because apparently their system is locked up for future appointments (except 8 months out I guess), and Id have to call at 8:30 in the morning. I wait till the next day and call at 8:45 am, all booked up, and since mine is not a sick issue then Id have to wait till tomorrow morning to make an appointment for tomorrow. Do they not know what a calendar is? Do their computers not have that simple program? Sticky notes? It doesnt matter, I will never use this office again and I recommend that no one try to either.

This office is absolutely HORRIBLE. You call, and they dont even answer, they just put you right on hold. The office staff is so friggin rude, no matter how nice you are to them. If you dont like your job, quit. Dont make your patients feel uncomfortable because youre not happy. The doctors are average, but Ill be pulling my records from this place.

Staff is awful! The office manager Deanna is nasty. Dr. Leary was a great Dr. until the time came that I genuinely needed her. That is the time she had everyone else talk to me except herself. My respect for her went to none.

Majority of the staff is just plan miserable. No one seems to want to be there. Avoid this office if you can!
