My daughter went into Dr. Zaladonis office 7 months ago after going to 3 dermatologists, our family Dr. and an aesthetician ( referred by her) after a self esteem busting bout of acne. She was shot down and made to feel like she was dirty, eating wrong, not using topicals correctly etc etc, When we stepped into Dr. Zaladoniss office things changed. He diagnosed , prescribed and 6 months later her face is perfect. I do not want to put too much weight on appearances but to a 16 year old teenage girl he was a life saver. Her self esteem is back, she doesnt shy away from people and she is enjoying a very social social life again. Dr. Z always asked questions and really cared about how she was doing all along during her regiment. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and we NEVER had a scheduling issue ever. Thanks for the boost of confidence my daughter now has and for the wonderful experience at Dr. Zs office , since then I have referred 5 people to him and will continue to do so. Great job!!!

My 15 month old daughter and I have both seen Dr Zaladonis. Today she had an appointment and I called to say we were running a bit late since we were coming from another appointment an hour away. The receptionist who answered was extremely rude, but she checked and said we could still be seen. We arrived 20 minutes late and the girl at the desk (same one I talked to on the phone) didnt even wait to hear my name, just rudely announced that we were too late and would need to reschedule. I explained how far we came and that we were coming from another appointment. Clearly irritated, she huffed off, then came back to the waiting room and loudly told us that we would NOT be seen. I liked Dr Zaladonis, but I will never go back or recommend him simply because of how appalling his staff is.

Recently my family switched insurance providers, and as a student on the opposite side of the country, it can take time to get all the official documents. I did not have an insurance card, but other offices can take the policy information and get all of the information from the provider directly in such an instance, but the staff here would not do that and wouldnt even help identify what information was needed. Even worse they seemed irritated that I didnt have the card and all of the information and was asking for their help. I will not be back strictly because of the front of office staff.

Tried to schedule an appointment 15 minutes ago. Very first answer I got was what insurance do I have. I proceeded to tell receptionist what it was. She told me first appointment would be January(4-5 months out). I explained it was necessary I see him more quickly than that. She said sorry that is it. This was the coldest I have ever been treated by anyone in the medical field. I will do everything in my power to tell anyone who asks, this is the worse clinic around. Maybe the doctor is good but the staff is heartless and cruel. George M.

I was misdiagnosed with an easy diagnosis. Dr. Z. gave me cream for my finger which burned and never healed the "virus". I asked him during one of the many appointments if it could be a wart on my finger, but he firmly said no. I decided to go for a second opinion after several months of no progress and the new derma took one look and said its obviously a wart. My finger was healed within a month and 2 treatments. I will NEVER return to Dr. Zs office b/c warts are so common. Would never trust him with more serious skin conditions.

I saw Dr. Zaladonis over 10 years ago for cystic acne. He was the first doctor to take seriously how much it was affecting my life. He put me on Accutane after carefully walking me through what to expect and making sure I understood how serious the drug was. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. My acne never came back. It made a huge difference in my life. Thanks so much Dr. Zaladonis for helping me build my confidence as a young adult!

My appointments at Dr. Zaladonis office are always a pleasant and positive experience. The office staff are friendly and efficient, I have never waited for an extended period of time, but rather, been brought right in and seen by the Doctor! Everyone is professional as well as knowledgeable and you get the feeling that everyone really enjoys their job there. This is one Drs. office you will never have to "dread" going to.

Mrs. Leseberg and I have been going to Dr. Z for many years and have always been treated in a friendly and courteous manner. His Staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful--the Dr. is thorough and doesnt waste his time or yours. At the same time he is available to answer your questions fully. I have been treated by other Dermatologists here and in Florida and Dr. Z is my number one choice!

I have been a patient of Dr.Zaladoniss for years.When I had hives that were unbearable, he stopped the viscious cycle.There was another time that he took me in at 7 a.m. because he knew I had to be at work. Very caring and professional at the same time.I have never had a problem with the staff either.His office is 5 stars with me!

Patients, beware of this doctor and his employees. Staff doesnt return calls and is heartless. Would never treat patients like they do. This doctor really needs to evaluate the way his staff does business. This is a direct reflection on the doctor and I have which tells me he is just as bad.

Good Dr. Unfortunatly the office staff is the worst Ive ever experienced in my life. Such harsh , horrible people that dont seem to have any empathy for the patient . Save yourself some headache and avoid this practice ... Just a heads up . Dont say you werent forwarned. Youre welcome ;)

I have been going on and off to Dr Zaladonis for around 3-4 years now. While there is a long wait for an initial appointment it is worth the weight. The Dr. is very knowledgable. He gave me prescriptions to clear my acne with only a few visits to the office. I would recommend to anyone.

Very good experience. Had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment but thats pretty usual for a specialist. After I was taken in everything went quickly. Staff was friendly and explained everything to me. Dr. Hutchens was very nice. I certainly would recommend this practice to anyone.

I heard great things about Dr. Zaladonis but I wont be seeing him. His staff is very rude and could care less if you dropped dead. He should fire them and get all new staff. I will be going elsewhere.
