I have been to Ideal Dental in Forney about 5 times now and have always been amazed at the helpful staff. Dr. James Adams has always been my dentist and is super personable! Misty has gone above and beyond on several occasions with insurance and billing issues as well as finding me an endodontist very quickly that took my insurance. About a month ago I had taken a vacation with a mild toothache. I figured it would go away but it progressively got worse and after 5 days I went to the dentist in New York. I had an infection from an old root canal that was not done in Forney, it was done in Houston about 7 years ago. Because it was an infection pain meds did not help. Misty got me in the very next day when we got in to town and I was actually crying at the dentist because of the pain. I was never so happy to be stuck with a needle in my mouth! Dr. Adams did what he needed to do but because the infection was so bad I needed to see an endodontist. Misty called around and was able to find an endodontist that could take me that day and took my insurance. I will be going back to Dr. Adams for my permanent crown this month. I highly recommend Ideal Dental of Forney! :-)

Dr. Graves does excellent work. He has the best bedside manner of any dentist I have ever had. Ive had extensive dental work done for over 25 years and although I am very self conscious about my teeth, Dr. Graves & his staff have always made me feel comfortable. Every staff member is friendly, professional and make a dental visit a pleasant experience. I have had the honor of watching Dr. Graves go above and beyond just being a dentist. He has blessed people with dental work that were in severe pain from years of tooth decay. He is much more than a dentist, he cares and takes pride in his work. I will take every family member to Dr Graves as dental needs arise. I have recommend Dr. Graves to my church, family & friends and would never use another dentist. If you are scared to go to the dentist, if you have had a bad experience, I recommend that you give Dr. Graves & his wonderful staff a chance to show you it is possible to have a pleasant dental experience. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Graves, the Forney Wellness Dental & the Ideal Dental staff! They are a true blessing to the city of Forney

Wasted time, dentist is a scam recommending unnessary work. Making me feel like I would lose all my tooth if I didnt get work done when I clearly had a check up 8 months ago and everything was good no cavities as a insured pt. I believe they were just trying to get paid!!! Total scam making me feel bad. They ended up not doing my cleaning just X-rays stated they dont do X-ray and cleaning at the same time! Just kept giving me prices stating my insurance will cover 80 percent like I am just here for a cleaning and filing if nessary. When I would ask the Dr. Questions she would stutter and not answer it. Just wasted my time off requested from work I would not recommend this dentist to no one bad service just trying to get your insurance money dont care about the pt. total scam I would give this dentist no stars if I could.

I will tell you right now. If you have hated going to the dentist, Dr. Adams and his staff will change all of that. I called for an appointment, scheduled, had a cleaning, two tooth extractions, icluding all x-rays and impression molds done....before lunch! And while getting this done, the lovely Ms. Paige at reception had a list of options. Itemized! She went through all of these with great knowledge, and being that I am somewhat of a goofball, the humor to match. Dr. Adams is one seriously cool cat with the greatest of demeanor. I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant experience, dental, or otherwise. I shall also bring my son to these great people as well. I cannot recommend these folks enough! 9 million stars! Yessum.

Feel like a majority of these reviews are from employees from this, or other Ideal Dental offices. Anyways, its been about 5 weeks and my tooth from my root canal still hurts. I was not prescribed pain mess or antibiotics afterwards so my infection got worse. So when I went back for my crown they seemed surprised that they didnt prescribe me anything and couldnt get my crown on. So they gave me a list of other things I needed done in the mean time. FINISH WHAT WE STARTED BEFORE WE MOVE ON. My mouth effing hurts man.. Also, my fill in they did hurts too now so I cant eat with either sides of my mouth. Go to Forney Family Dentistry instead, they fixed the problem(s) that Ideal had created and they DIDNT FORGET TO PRESCRIBE ME THINGS.

Let me start off by saying, my first impression of this office was over the phone and it was great! I spoke with Misty, who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me with a quote for my husbands dental work. After speaking with Misty I knew this is where we wanted to go after dealing with other dental offices and rude staff. The staff here are great and very friendly, especially Dr. Adams! I feel that the doctors set the tone for their clinics and I do have to say that it shows because Dr. Adams is AWESOME and the staff is GREAT! My husband hates the dentist but the staff here at Ideal Dental in Forney made him feel very comfortable. His dental work is done and I have a Happy Hubby!☺

Its strange for me to give a 5 star "Loved It" review for a Dentist. I hate going to the dentist. Im a grown man with several tattoos, but the thought of the Dentist grinding on my teeth makes me cower... That was until Ideal Dental. Their office is clean & modern. Their staff is welcoming & personable. Dr. Morgan (formerly Ko, congrats on the wedding!) is a wonderful Dentist. Shes a Longhorn, so what else is to be expected? Hook Em Horns! After the care Ive received at Ideal Dental, I may actually book & keep my regular cleaning appointments instead of making pathetic excuses for why I have to cancel. Id like to give a big "Thank You" to the entire staff at Ideal Dental!

I had been told that I needed to have a root canal by another dentist, and was very worried about it. I had a friend recommend Ideal, so I was going to give them a try. I told them what the other dentist had said and made an appointment. When I went in I figured that they would X-Ray it, then give me a plan, make another appointment, and drag it out just like every other Dentist, or Doctor. To my surprise after the X-Rays we talked a minuet, and the next thing I knew I was making an appointment to get my permanent crown fitted. The staff is friendly, the work was pain free, and the service was excellent. I will have all of my future dental needs taken care of at Ideal.
