I brought my child in to check for an ear infection. We waited almost an hour before we were seen by the doctor. The doctor checks his ears and throat, listens to his chest and then prescribes an anti-biotic because he did have an infection. We were with the doctor all of 10 minutes. I get a bill stating that I am being charged for a long office visit, which of course costs more money. When I questioned them about it they said I was billed appropriately. I dont think its worth $160 to look into my childs ears. Next time I will just go to a quick clinic. Lesson learned.

Love the whole staff here! My kids mostly see Dr. Gallatig, Dryer and Kutz (and they know them well) but weve seen them all and love our experience every time (even when the circumstances are not so great). I will NOT be happy when we have to move and find new doctors as amazing as these guys!
