I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone,, Some of the staff that works here need to get rid of the attitude and stop being rude.. to the doctors who works here please try to understand the parents especially when they are new parents to newborn babies.. have some consideration...... If you dont care about the parents concerns and kids maybe you need to quit and go do something else.. To all the people who are thinking of going to this place .. belive me .. dont ,. Find another place.. unless you are okay with the above details I mentioned above I think the only people who goes here are pepole who live close by and people who dont care much of how the situation is

I had a very bad experience on my first visit itself. My little one (2 yrs.) had fever from last 24 hrs. so we called and booked an appointment with a particular MD. qualified Doctor practising there (referred by someone). To my surprise when we reached there nobody informed us that our preferred doctor is on vacation and instead they assigned a C.R.N.P Nurse to examine the kid who don’t even know the difference between a 1 year old and 2 year old kid. The Vital Stats collection was also not satisfactory. The facility is average and Staff at the reception is also not customer friendly, they keep talking simply ignoring you..

when my daughter was two she started throwing up blood and we didnt know what to do so we took her to this doctor, he checked her out and said she was fine just a little sick. She keep having diarrhea, and she kept throwing up blood. so we said this enough and took her to the hospital, they said she had something really bad. (I cant remeber it lol) and was being feed off a tube for week. They also had to take blood from her, so they would give take her blood out from everywhere, her legs arms, butt, anywhere they could. And I dont know why but I still go to this doctor

Recently last 3 times i had bad experience, during the appointment day they realize they dont have medicine with them and we have to come back. They end up giving 2 out 3 medicines or flu shots and for one item we have to comeback. My only concern is that when they give appointment at least before a day they should check whether they have all vaccines/medicines and need to reschedule accordingly. I recommend to the patients who are visiting please check with them whether they have all vaccination before day.Also staff at reception is rude they dont smile too :(

Very recently left the practice because I was just fed up with the quality of care provided. I understand its a business but a pediatrician should be a little bit more, after all they are dealing with children in a doctor patient situation where they are most of the time not feeling their best. Place is just a business, cold, and in need of updating. Also found their staff to be incompetent and rude when submitting claims and then blaming it on the customer. Would NEVER go back to this establishment!!!

Awesome place...great staff. even though i moved away from the KOP area, i still go to this Doctor. Dr. Priya Venkatesh is the best of all. She gives you great and genuine advice. Her diagnosis is also dot on. She diagnosed my daughter with UTI over the phone. I have recommended this clinic to all my friends. They are very patient and listen to your concerns and give you enough time till you are satisfied. - Dhwani Sheth

Please please stay away from this place. They have amazing Doctors but you will end up playing huge bills because of incompetency of the front office staff they blame you for not giving them the insurance when they have it on record and failed to submit on time to correct insurance.
