Same deal it seems for most doctors offices these days. Nice doctors, terrible front staff. Im new to the area. I called and pushed for new patient and it went to voicemail. So I went to their website and filled out an appointment request form and it said I would get a call back in 3 days. 7 days later no call, so I called new patient again and just voicemail. So I call the regular appointment line and they transfer me, then records person rudely cuts me off and wont let me talk, only keeps asking me if I sent my records yet, like I was supposed to know that, or that was ever communicated to me on their voicemail or website, like Im doing something wrong. She then says she didnt pick up the phone when I called new patient because shes doing her work. That even if I send my records they are busy and it will be over two months to get an appointment. I feel bad for her because she sounds stressed and said shes the only one in her department. Im sure their doctors are great but is it worth it? Its like talking to a rude TSA agent trying to get my daughter an appointment.
