My daughter has been a patient at this practice for the entirety of her nearly 15 years. The docs are uniformly excellent, the hours are unbelievably congenial for working parents (night-time! and weekends!), the staff is super-nice. They have always demonstrated exactly the right level of concern -- explaining what is serious and needs treatment right now, what doesnt, etc. Very parent-friendly with respect to young kids and very respectful of a teenagers emerging sense of self. If every health care provider was this well-run and staffed, the world would be a better place indeed.

Im usually ok with my visits to kids first, the main doctor we see answers all my questions, helpful. Normally once a yr we see the doctor. But this year I am unhappy with the way the staff is handling appointments for the Regular flu vaccine. (scheduling only after mid Nov) My daughter is unable to get the Mist till her Well Visit in December.. I felt that the staff was short with me when i asked why I couldnt get it sooner. With all the concern and warnings they should be a little more helpful and understanding. For me December is late. Very unhappy with the situation.

Were so lucky to have a local CHOP office right here in our neighborhood. The doctors are excellent. They return calls and emails quickly and spend a lot of time with us. Dr. Hausman & Dr. Dugan are our kids favorites.
