Simply Love

Im from Tennessee visiting here in Philadelphia having eye surgery in Bala Cynwd anyhow I needed a pre surgery physical went to the closest dr office on Lansdowne ave, first of all the wait was way, way to long, second the only professional person there is the secritary, I needed paperwork faxed over to my Dr for the surgery and they did not even send the paperwork over after reminding them several times. The dr seemed to be in a hurry and did not complete the physical the nurses there act like they did not want to do any work at all. all I heard was a bunch of complaining. I feel sorry for the patients because of the unprofessinalisum. I would advise to take the trolly to downtown for better health care services.

First visit would not see me cause his name was not on my ins. Card. Card came went to office and saw different doc. Meds prescribed was not effective so went back only to be given NEW script for same meds. Went back today requested to see Salzman himself, they took my weight and ins. Card and after 2.5 hours of waiting said he would not see me make an appointment. This is a walk in clinic!!! Appointment was for a month and 3 weeks away. Worst of the worst. Dont do it. Dont do it!!! Dr. Salzman himself is so unprofessional. He comes in and calls whom he wants to the back, especially the cash paying customers. What a jerk!!

THIS IS THE ONLY DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER HEARD OF THAT REFUSES TO ACCEPT ANY MEDICAL FORMS VIA THEIR FAX NUMBER. THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE THEM AND ACTUALLY WILL THROW THEM IN THE TRASH IF THEYRE FAXED OVER TO THE OFFICE. THEY WILL ONLY COMPLETE MEDICAL FORMS FROM PATIENTS IF THEY ARE MAILED TO THE OFFICE OR BROUGHT IN TO THE OFFICE PERSONALLY BY THE PATIENT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND ANYONE CONTINUEING TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT THIS OFFICE IS BEYOND UNDERSTANDING. I IMMEDIATELY CHANGED MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN, AS SHOULD ALL OF HIS PATIENTS.

Been in here since 9 this morning still sitting here at 12:05 in the afternoon... They allow people that walk in here go right to the back and the people thats sitting in the waiting room just do that...WAIT.... They are not real doctors they just right prescipstion..soooo unprofessional in here.. Im never coming back... O and it is true if you have money you get seen ASAP......

Have broken knee, called office for a renewal of regular meds. Was told Dr said "you have to come in". Have been out of BP meds as well as diabetic meds.fir over 2 months while processing records for change of doctors.

Its a shame you can find the book and leave and come back is still have an appointment and it other people are waiting the person that signed the book before you still get waiting
