Dr. Kline is AMAZING and so personable! The problem isnt with the doctors and nurses, but the customer service/desk help is poor over all. I recently requested that my childrens records be transferred because I moved but I have experienced things like the following: 30 minute wait times when I was on time for my childrens appointments, back-logged schedules so it in order for me to reserve a visit for my child they are cant provide anything for six weeks (no matter what time of the year it is), short patience when being helped by the desk staff and inconsistent follow-through. For example, I requested that all of my childrens address was changed. I had to do this 3 times and the 2nd and 3rd time I filled out individual forms for each of them. Come to find out a year later one of the addresses wasnt changed at all. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR DESK STAFF!

First of all, I like Dr. Klein -- for the 5 minutes every few months we get to see her. The clinic is severely understaffed and you cant schedule a well child appointment for months after you call. The nurses handle most things, from vaccinations to urgent calls. Unfortunately they are very hit-or-miss. Its hard to get hold of anybody. When you call, youre subjected to an automated message several minutes long, and there are only confusing options. Most of the time it routes you to a message machine where a nurse will supposedly call back within 2 hours. Ive been waiting for a call back for 4 hours now. And generally they sound like they are reading from a textbook. They are not very comforting for a first-time parent.

Dr. Kline is absolutely the best! We named our princess Stori simply because it suits her perfectly.She was born with multiple life threatening medical issues and requires many special needs. Dr. Kline addresses all of her needs with assertiveness, knowledge, compassion and great mommy skills.Yet still treats Stori as normal as possible reminding me that even with Stori the "terrible two" still exist. Stori is thriving tremendously and meeting and exceeding above all expectations.We are very greatful to have her as her Pediatrician! I cannot forget to mention the wonderful and caring nurses and medical assistants.

My children has been at this office for 16 years. I love my childrens Pediatrician. I have been traveling to this office from the international airport for the last 13 years. To great to change Pediatricians. My childrens Pediatrician is Dr. Gewirtzman He has been there from infancy to my oldest being 16.

My son sees Dr.Sharon Hunter and she is absolutely amazing. My son is all smiles even post needles which goes to show how great the nurses and doctors are there. I never had to wait in the waiting area long even when I came a few minutes late. I dont know if Ill find a better doctor when we move.

I love this clinic Ive been taking my children there since 2001 Ive never had any problems with them im always in and out for both well and sick appointments my childrens doctors are Dr. Manning and Dr. Ingersoll who I both love

They are pretty nice here. Good doctors and nurses. My son usually doesnt get upset. The only downfall is the lack of parking.
