The worst ever the front desk staff are rude and unprofessional my kids appointment was at 1:00pm and didnt leave until after 6pm. Transferred them to a new doc and now they wont reload my kids last physical form my son is unable to start head start and was on the waiting list for months had to put in a complaint but I kno thats not going to do anything. I thought childrens hospital was better than this and was so excited to transfer my kids here what disappointment thinking about getting a lawyer because I need my kids records asap its like they missed a year of getting a physical I gave one star because I couldnt do zero

Let me start by saying I absolutely love!!! my childs doctor I would not trade her for anything. But it has become more and more difficult to tolerate this office every time I come. The front desk staff is not very pleasant or eager to help the atmosphere is way different than when they moved here and even different than when they were on 34th st...my childs doctor is the only thing that keeps me coming back to this place.

The Doctors and PAs there are great! Some of the staff so so. The whole process of making a sick appt annoys me. You call talk to a receptionist then wait for a hour to two hours for a c/b from a nurse who then decides if your child can be seen. Oh if you miss the nurse call you have to do the whole process over. Which is crazy . When my child is sick I just want to make an appointment.

I love chop I really do thats why Im really upset how this office is. The staff is very rude. And it takes all day to get a sick appt. Then they give u a time and expect u to be there in 20 mins well that would be great if I lived a few blocks away but Im more then 20 mins from the office. Very unprofessional staff.

Staff very rude. Dr walsh had us wait over an hour to be seen and had me wait so long that i had to leave and my kids couldnt be seen. The meedical assistant that took my kids vitals was beyond ignorant and rude, she made me feel really uncomfortable.

Love the caring staff, nurses and Doctors. My children have been seeing Dr. Eubanks since they were born she is wonderful. They provide you with not just care but resources to continue your care if needed. Great place.

Care is outstanding however, administratively the phone system could use some improvements. Getting through on the phone for general questions and appointments is horrific. Billing department is not even an option.

The hospital is very dirty. The floors and carpet looks like it hasnt been since they opened it. The doctor was rushing and not giving priority to my child. CHOP is a great hospital but this practice is HORRIBLE.

Had and and appointment at 8: 45 still sitting here 2 hours later and only vitals were taken. People that came in after me came and went. If I didnt need those shot records I would be gone.

Ive been coming here for 17 years..and will continue to with my younger ones. This place is great and my childrens doctor is excellent as well as the entire facility.
