when you call and try to make an appt first you are directed to an automated system which gives you several choices. if what you want is not on the list you have to be directed by an operater. first time called the operator probably a student gave me the wrong extension it was one of the automated options!! then the person who answered(who was not pleased)re-directed my call to another extension. i was on hold for at least fifteen minutes at which point you give up an press the option to leave a message for them to call you back. so i left a detailed message. NO ONE EVER CALLED AT ALL!! called a second time a week later once again on hold for another fifteen plus minutes!!! Your best option is to go over to the office and physically wait there to get scheduled!

This is for ENT. Initially I loved this place. Our first appointment and daughters surgery went well. It was immediately following her surgery that things went south. Since her tubes she has had 4 ear infections. Ive called every time and they would not see her. She is now screaming all night long and they are so dismissive. One of the nurses I spoke with was also very rude and belittling. I felt like I was a child being disciplined and its was completely unwarranted. After they see her for her follow up next week I will rid myself of this place. Go elsewhere.

This post is for the GIBBSTOWN PRIMARY OFFICE: Just called this office trying to make new patient appts for my 2 children who are already in the CHOP system (5 yr old son is multi-disabled and followed by a number of CHOP specialists at the main hospital). Meara put me on hold and came back to tell me they are not accepting MEDICAID patients at this time!!! Many special needs children only have Medicaid coverage so, in effect, they dont want to treat special needs children. Glad I know this now before taking either of my kids to an office like this one.
